This is my new Happy Place !! I could literally stay here forever. The cabin is very nice with all the amenities. The RV Park is huge, but quiet and relaxing ! The pool is amazing ! The hot tub jacuzzi was very nice to get in after a day of running around and exploring.

Really friendly staff, nice concrete pads and spacious spots. I chose a covered spot and it was great. You’ll need a router and Ethernet cable for the internet.

Great RV park. The staff is very user friendly and will bend over backwards to work with you. They are a bit high on their prices but it is well worth it. Great service and experience comes at a price, right?

This campground was really nice. The sites were nice and large. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We stayed in a fifth wheel rv, but I did get to peek into a cabin to check it out for a friend and they were clean, and roomy.

Loved our stay this Jan/Feb but just found out new reservations must be at least 90 days. I guess we won't be back next year :-(

We have stayed couple times both extended stays, we love it. Just some winter Texans can try and ruin it by believing the park is just their's but it's no reflection of the park. Glad this is NOT a 55 over park, one of few in the RGV.

Very clean, large rv lots, pretty, 30 minute drive to beach, seems to have some activities planned for long term guests, but very windy. The people that live and work from there drive very fast, not the 7 mph as posted. Be aware that the train runs right by the place several times through the night and honks 3x, kept us awake every night.

We have stayed here before, but we had a place up near the office on the south side of the park. I tell you this because that experience was great. The rv space layout is excellent. A lot of room between most trailers, and the angle of the pads makes for good backing in. What was different this trip is we were in a space in the SE portion of the park. Regardless of telling you to bring your own router and a long cable, our site did not have that kind of Wi-Fi (high speed). We had over the air connection and it was all but fast and we got dropped a number of times. The real secret at this park is to stay well away from the north and east ends. The park is bordered by rail tracks and there is a rail crossing. Not only do the locomotives sit at this location and idle their engines, they blow the horn when they go through the crossing. All night long.
