The perfect campground close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, without the noise and congestion of a resort Campground. Big sites, not on top of your neighbors. Full hook up 30/50a, no bath house, no pool, just peace and quiet.

This is an RV park. There are no playgrounds, bathrooms, showers, or other buildings. But there is a nice little dog park. This is really just for RVs. It's very quiet here, just like I like it. It's very clean and well kept with plenty of shade trees. I didn't feel packed into a spot like some of the other places located nearby. Everyone that we have met was very nice.

It was like a state park. No shower house type of amenities but full hookups but it is a SWEEEET spot. On the Pigeon Forge Bus Loop every hour. Our first campground ever, and it will be hard to beat going forward.

Wonderful campground with large mostly shaded sites. It doesn't at all feel like you're just in a parking lot with minimal space like so many of the other campgrounds in the Pigeon Forge area. To have full hookups with lots of trees and two creeks is quite special.

The layout is nice and convenient with all service , power ,water ,and sewage at your pad. The facility is clean and well maintained. One big misunderstanding was that we couldn't have a tent or hammock, no exceptions. This seemed silly since they allowed screen tents on the pad. Just need to make that clearer. The last night the rain came down it didn't seem bad until before I went to bed I went outside and saw we were surrounded by water and it was coming in fast. As I was preparing to leave in a hurry, my phone rang it was someone from the campground telling me to evacuate. Well, after watching Texas flood videos, I wasn't sticking around. later that evening at a hotel, I checked my messages and saw they offered a slip someplace else in the campground. I liked the place but they could use a full-time office person. The landscape and cleaning staff are great guys. Don't bring a tent, no hammocks, and a high chance of flooding in rain. Other than that it's a great place, no tv or trolley

Nice well kept campground, I thought the price was a little high for what it is, no bathhouse, pool, or anything for kids to play on. If you are wanting a place that is quiet and away from traffic this perfect.

Great campground , clean , quite, well maintained sites. Very level lots and sewage dump pipes are installed properly at ground level no chasing hose to get it to drain. I love that !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A little piece of heaven on earth! We felt genuinely sad to leave our little spot by the creek. It’s one of the most beautiful and peaceful RV parks we’ve ever stayed in. The self check in process is efficient and genius! We will definitely be back again.

I have only posted 2-3 reviews in my life, however, felt the need to inform everyone of this place. Absolutely beautiful, excellent service, clean and quite. First time taking our camper to Smokey, and already looking forward to next year. Although we really never spoke to the staff, they had everything set up as we had been told in our reservation package, so check in and hookup's all explained. thank you so much for a wonderful week in your camp site.

The BEST RV Park! Quiet, friendly, spacious and beautiful. If you love nature and don't need a lot of amenities like swimming pools or laundry, this is the place. Perfect for sitting outside and listening to the water in the creek beside a campfire. Perfect for walking our 3 dogs and the little dog park was great for for letting them run around off leash. Will definitely come back again.
