Great place for a stop over. This was our second time to stop there. Staff was very friendly. Clean park. Has gravel sites but they were level. Big rig friendly. Easy to get to off of I-40.

We stayed overnight at USA RV park today, staff were helpful, our site was clean and easy to set up. We met a person at the park that gave us a discount coupon for pizza 9, it was amazing. Everyone we met were so courteous and helpful. We stayed at a park in Santa Fe New Mexico the day before and everyone seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. It was very nice to be welcomed at USA RV park. If we come this way again we will definitely stay here again. It is nice to see an RV park run soo well. Jim and Michelle H.

Asked clerk if there was a code to get into restroom, he said; "There's [sic] buttons but they don't work." Other than that staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice little gift shop but has loose floor tiles. Bathrooms are clean and well kept except toilet wobbles and not bolted down. Place fills up in afternoon and emptied out in morning. Good for a night. Laundry room clean, $3.50 per load, all machines working.

This park was a great spot to stop before going to Utah! They have quite a few amenities, including a pool, laundry and playground. The staff was super friendly! The spots were large enough for our 47 ft rv to fit, along with it being a pull thru. Gas stations near by to fill up diesel!

Nice place to stop overnight on our travels home. They are always friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is the dog poo left by unresponsible dog owners. It's not the parks' job to clean up after your pet.

Super cute campground! I didn't catch the ladies name at the front desk, but she was super friendly and helped out with my 101 questions. Clean showers/restrooms. Laundry on site. They also fill propane. Quiet campground with big pull throughs for our 43ft fifth wheel. Will definitely be back!

Well maintained property. Nice sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean restrooms. Hope you're able to complete the handicapped shower. That is the only thing missing. We'd come back.

Delightful campground and reasonably priced. There is a pool that is wonderful on a hot day and great RV sites. They offer dinner service right on the premise under a pavilion packed with twinkling lights - just magical! And the lady in the house next door makes fresh apple crisp that is amazing! Just let them know what you want when you check in! Definitely will be back when in the area again!

Wow! Nice! Bathrooms are cleanest I have ever encountered! Reasonably priced, well laid out, well kept up and busy for early December. Super friendly folks, super easy check-in. And did I say the bathrooms are super clean and warm! We are only passing through, but this place is worth coming back to. Check it out!

Large campground in Gallup, NM right off of the I40. Easy check in and very large spots available, they seem to be able to accommodate the largest rigs. We are 65ft and had no issues. We could have been much larger and still been very comfortable maneuvering and parking in this park. Very clean restrooms and laundry room. Fun little play area. We did see the barbeque stand, but did not see it open (we were there at the beginning of the work week). Pool also closed on our visit (we were out of season). Felt very safe as there were many people snowbirds and families using this park. We also found it to be very quiet with no issues. I do recommend visiting their camp store. I have seen very few stores with so much fun and interesting items from the usual camp amenities to works of art. The store is it's own visual treat. Overall, a good experience travelling through the area.

Perfect for our stopover! Right off I40. Patrick, in the office, was helpful n pleasant. Bathrooms very clean. Site was level - did not unhook. Would have stayed longer but needed to get on the road again.

Gallup is not really a destination location but a great place to stop-over for a few days on your way to wherever. The price is right. Easy in and out. Roomy spots. All gravel with small pad with picnic table at many sites. We did not use the bathrooms or laundry facilities. Will definitely be stopping again.

We parked our RV there last night and spent the night. The people there are incredible nice and the people in the park were so friendly! They have a dog run that is quite large and they provide bags so you can clean up after your puppies. It was just a great experience. They also have a gift shop and items that you may need during your stay. I would give them 6 stars if I could!!

Good enough for over night. Check in guy with the goatee was friendly and efficient, very busy park when we stayed recently. Offered BBQ rib dinner was delicious. The problem (as others have stated) is that the rates on their website are apparently adjustable according to whim or events in the area. Nowhere on the online rate chart is this stated. We have stayed here before without a problem, but this time rate was higher than published and promised wifi was unavailable yet no resolution was offered. Wouldn't have hurt to apologize and offer something (future discount?). Customer satisfaction yields to profit...

This park is pretty nice and the employees we dealt with are friendly, but we had a bad experience with Melissa, the owner (read below for the details), but overall we still recommend the park. The pool looks nice, but isn't heated. There is a very nice clean playground with a large chess set to play, and an eating area where they make BBQ a few nights a week which is good, but a bit pricey for what it is. The sites are pretty large and navigation through the park is easy. There is an enclosed dog park as well, though it still has a hole in the middle that another reviewer mentioned. They do have WiFi but as with most campground WiFi systems, it's very slow at about 1Mbps. TMobile and AT&T data performance here is very poor as well. The park is directly under the flight path for the local airport so you will have airplanes flying directly overhead, and there is train traffic across the road, but not crazy loud. Be aware of thorns along the south fence line which can stick in your dogs feet. Also in our site and the ones around us at least, the sewer connections are such that the threads are too far down for your hose / elbow to screw into, which could potentially cause an issue. The laundry was usable but a couple of machines were out of order and the dryers took forever to dry, but were only 75 cents. When we checked in, I didn't immediately notice that we were charged $306 for our 5 night stay instead of the $250 that we were quoted months earlier by phone by Mike when we made the reservation. I pulled up their web site later to check the prices and saw that 5 nights should be $230.15 with Good Sam discount and the extra person fee for our 2 kids (don't get me started on how ridiculous it is to add a surcharge for more than 2 people) Melissa seemed a bit upset that I brought up the web site, and she stated flat out that they do not honor the prices on the web site, as they charge extra during certain times of the year. While the web site states "Reservations and pricing for events available ONLY by phone" it does not list any dates for events, so you are at their mercy as to when they feel like charging you more. Still, I told her I was fine with paying the $250 that we were originally quoted by Mike over the phone, and when I mentioned that I had the recording of the phone call if she wanted to listen to it, she turned red and asked me to step to the side, then she checked in another customer and told me "I'll be back to deal with you - I'll probably just refund the whole amount" and I replied "oh that's not necessary, we just want to pay what we were quoted" and she ran out the door. The other worker there said "She's the owner, she's probably going to kick you out." Kick us out for asking to pay what we were quoted? Fortunately, when she returned, she had calmed down somewhat and she refunded us $53 which was close enough to the $250 we were quoted that I was okay with that. About a half hour after the incident, she found me and, to her credit, she did apologize. In my opinion, they should either list the dates when surcharges apply on the website for everyone to see, or better yet, use an online reservation system that can simply quote the appropriate price for that date range. I'm going to chalk up our bad experience to Melissa having a bad day, but she almost turned what should have been a simple check-in billing correction into a huge ordeal.
