This is a very large gravel lot. There are some trees on the perimeter and some turf in the little park for miniature golf, near the pool. It's family owned and operated, which is a big plus to me. It seems that someone in the family is a veteran, which is another plus. Thank you for your service! The entire facility is very clean and well kept, bathrooms, showers, office, bbq area, and veterans park. From May to October, there is bbq that you can order and pay for in the office. It was the last week for both the bbq and the pool. It's great for a layover, to rest and stock up. We'll likely be back on our return trip.

PLANES, TRAINS and AUTOMOBILES!! You have it all right here! We just needed a place to stay the night and Clark took our $50 and stuck us out back next to the airport. We thought the airport would be quiet (who flies at night in Gallop, NM???). Multiple planes landed during the night and they sounded like they were literally right outside our door! We expected the train and highway noise, because they can’t build a RV park unless it is close to a railroad! 😂

We camped here twice, on our way to our destination and on the way back. Friendly staff, clean facilities! Beautiful common area with lovely wood carving, picnic tables and party lights. Dinner and ice cream social were also an option.

We made reservations for a 50 amp pull thru. When we arrived, we were told they gave our site to some else, so we can have 30 amp. We were ok with that. As we were paying, we were told we would have to unhook. Our night was for one night. We had a pull thru. We were told our site was too small for us. We didn’t stay. Went went up the road about 10 miles to Red Rock RV Park. What a cool spot.

Stayed for 4 nights. Great set up. Rather than your neighbor’s sewer hookup being in your “front yard” the rigs are alternated so as there is front door to front door. Nice dog park. Restrooms, showers, and laundry very clean and spacious. Location is great to explore Gallup and all the amazing sacred lands surrounding it. If you have dust/pollen allergies, bring a mask and or meds. Small craft airport near by but not bothersome. Lots of trains go through Gallup but I love trains so no worries. Great place and I would stay again.

The campground was awesome. Sites were flat, hook ups were good, gravel pads and driveways were nice. BBQ dinner was a great option. Store was really well stocked with native gifts, rugs, jewelry and other dod islty items. Train was a little annoying at night but I get where the available land is. Staff was friendly and helpful, I would stay there again.

We certainly enjoyed our two nights stay at USA 1776 RV park. The host/owner was extremely nice and helpful and they have a beautiful store with many southwest renderings. We would certainly go back again and would highly recommend this RV park.

Answers their phone. Super clean, lots of amenities, even offers a barbeque dinner. Had to stop there and wait for night time...Very nice shower house. Pull through spots. Nice view. Proximate to interstate. Well maintained. Surrounding guests are friendly

BBQ dinner was outstanding. Their store in the office is fun and has neat southwest merchandise. Would definitely come back.

Very well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. Tons of amenities including BBQ plate dinner and ice cream! Great location to I 40 without being too close.

It's a great place to stop while on the road. Very accommodating. Dinner barbecue is fairly priced. Great pulled pork and ribs.

Absolutely wonderful! Nice, clean bathrooms and showers. The entire area was clean. There were plenty of trash cans around so no excuses for people to not toss their trash away. Checkin was easy. The lady checking us in was friendly and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again!

We stayed for one night (called and got a spot a few hours before we arrived) on our way from Florida to the Grand Canyon - as others mentioned, doesn’t look like much driving in, but great amenities, the staff are wonderful, helpful and accommodating. We also had the onsite BBQ ribs and they were great! Full hookups, pool, very clean bathrooms and 3 showers. Got some NM/Route 66 souvenirs and enjoyed the large, carved wood tribute display honoring our armed services. Very pleasant stay and highly recommend!

While traveling through, the transmission went out in my truck pulling our 31’ camper on EB 40 right before exit 16. The tow truck driver recommended this place. We pulled in around 10 pm on a Saturday night and the staff welcomed us and got is set up with a good spot. We have been here over a week now and expect to be here a few more days. My boys love the swimming pool and playground. They have an awesome gift shop with a wide array of items to choose from at reasonable prices. They have RV supplies but very limited food items. They do have BBQ ribs, chicken, and brisket in the evening 5:30-8:30 Tues-Sat. and an ice cream social 7:30-8:30. All reasonably priced. Very quiet place with the exception of a plane every now and then but it is next to a small airport. DG, Family Dollar, Taco Bell and an expensive deli are within walking distance. This far, they are ver accommodating and friendly. There is quite a bit to do in Gallup if you do a little research
