Voyager RV Resort & Hotel

Super disappointed - being treated terrible on a holiday !
Because we did not make reservations, we were not allowed to eat at Fat Willy's, restaurant on site . Made reservations long ago, if someone had told us we could have done so!
I am Texan - we don't treat  people this way..

What a beautiful rv resort. Very well maintained, very very clean. The lots are a good size and there is a concrete slab. 3 swimming pools, 2 spas, a very modern gym, convenience store, restaurant, hotel, hairdresser, small medical clinic, several activity rooms, many pickelball fields, tennis court, golf, post office and much more. Waste and recycling is picked up directly at your site. The staff and residents are very kind and welcoming. The only thing I could suggest is to put more deck chairs at the pools. For the rest everything is excellent. I love it.

We stayed in the RV park, what a great resort. It was clean and well maintained, everyone who works there is above and beyond friendly and service oriented.
There is something for everyone here, classes, work shops, you would not get bored

As thousand trails members with the Encore package we utilize these parks when in Arizona. This park is well kept. The pull through sites are a bit odd. You pull through and park your car behind you. The people pulling in next to you does the same. Odd thing is when you leave your camper, their car/ truck is outside your door. Most work with each other to park their own cars next to door, opening up more space for you. Also, the 4' wide concrete walk space is basically your patio as well. Barely enough room for your chair. As for the amenities, as stated before, the park is in great shape. 3 pools, one is enclosed on 3 sides and kept very warm. Two size hot tubs. Well worth the stay!

We had a premium back in spot for our toyhauler which was great as we could put our deck down for morning coffee. The amenities are 5 star with 3 pools, two wirlpools, 2 saunas, and several tennis and pickle ball courts. I enjoyed the lap pool which is 25 yards and the fitness center is really well equipped. The hotel grounds are well kept and have wonderful S.W. landscaping. The only reason I gave only four stars is because the one open dog park was a fenced dirt run at the bottom of a wash. Getting to it  from either end one walks through dirt and weeds, though we did discover a concrete access between two park models. Seems like the many dogs that are residents here aren't given much priority.  We would stay here again if it wasn't so noisy from airbase air traffic and highway traffic.

This place is ok  I will address a major issue here and it is the dog thing mentioned by many people. The management does not care either way about ALOT of things other than getting your money . This place originally had NO DOG AREAS .  People purchased park models in these areas because they did not want dogs. Management changed this for $ and now allow dogs every where and tell you it is fine you can take your dog anywhere they are welcome. The problem is the people that live there DO NOT WANT YOUR DOG PEEING on there tree (actually the parks tree as theses people do not own the tree or land) and can become quite agitated and rude. So the person that has the dog has NO IDEA all this friction exists and can ruin your day. I stayed here 2 months and was exposed to all this drama. Place has other problems like water ,internet and other mild annoyances.

If you gone book a hotell rom, don't let the expensive price or 8.6 in rating at hotel.com trick you. This is not a lovely resort hotell, but a motel in a trailer park. No reception or service personel, just a gard by the gate that give the key card to the room. Had a little issue with my allergies and that we got a room were it has stayd a lot of dogs, but no-one cod help me, as it was no people on site or no-one to call. Nice and clean room, but we had paid for a mini suite, but got a ordinary room. But as I said, it was no-one to talk to as the reception closes at 4pm. It was a resort with a pool, but not so nice as on the pictures and we were lucky it was not high season as if so it would have been very crowded in there as it was many hundred of trailer home and just some smal pools. The only respons we got the day after, was we are sorry for you cold not sleep because of allergies. Definitely not comming back to that pleace, without a RV home ;)

We’ve stayed at RV parks and campgrounds in 30+ states. Voyager is in a class of its own. The amenities are 5 star and are reason enough to keep coming back. You name it, they’ve got it, including a great little golf course ($10 to play!) and brand new pickleball courts. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They literally welcome you home every time you arrive. You can tell the management team really cares and is working hard to make sure their guests have the best possible experience. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Voyager is a very large RV park, most of it is park models, and then there’s camping sections.  It’s not too busy here and I’m not sure why they put all of us so close together.  The sites are staggered and there’s four of us right next to each other when across the street it’s empty.   Otherwise this is a very nice resort with a lot of amenities.

Don't move here if you have a dog.  They claim to be "dog friendly" but they do everything they can to deter you from having a dog at the park.  Tried to move in permanently with our dog and requested a fenced in area to keep our dog safe and so that we can sit outside with him.  We requested a fenced in area - like several other sites have, and were declined.  Apparently the rules only apply to some of their residents, but not all.  It took the maintenance person 13 days to go look at the site to determine if we can have a fenced area for our dog and they declined us.  Voyager is not "dog friendly" - go elsewhere - there are lots of parks that allow dogs and fenced in areas to keep your dog safe such as the one we presently live in.  The staff takes forever to get back to you with questions and really have no idea what they are doing.  Very unprofessional when you walk in to the reception area.  No one smiles and are not customer service savvy at all.

Great park for full-time guests restaurant was not good at all, the wait staff was busy outside so we waited 15 minutes to get a menu then 25 minutes for food that wasn't good at all.  Security is great and the front desk was awesome they were able to put all 3 rigs together.

We stayed in the motel while we moved a friend next door.  For the most part we were pleased with the exception of the rude & condescending staff in the registration office at the hotel. The rooms were clean & refreshed daily & the cleaning ladies were friendly, kind & very helpful!!  The restaurant "Fat Willy's" was good for meals & cocktails with great service.

Great place to vacation if you like traveling in an RV. Many many activities. Great amenities, very clean. Great crafts fairs during the winter months.
