Great campground! Probably our favorite due to upkeep, cleanliness, great views, quiet, and huge double-wide concrete pads. Stayed in loop D. Gave Good Sam discount. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Sad the water is so low and may never be back! Climate change is real folks. Awesome campsite, level back to back pull throughs inside loop D. Clean bathrooms close by but showers were at checkin building. This is a beautiful place with a lot of history. There are no bad views, check it out!

Assuming a bit expensive if you dont have a pass to enter the area. - Well kept campground - pretty un used in late March. Amazing views across the bay. I had 4 negatives unfortunately - My site had a tree with caterpillars and they were everywhere seriously like 1000 under my picnic table and crawling everywhere at night- speaking of my picnic table the support tube was hollow and right where your legs would be was a spider web. Well at night the black widow owner came out!! ( For the last time Lol welcome to AZ!** Poor design in my opinion it could have been a snake in there. The park road to a boat put in ramp is in front of the campground. About 6 am trucks pulling their boats made a wake me up procession. Bring your earplugs! Showers were pretty usable but a " drive" to the check in facility. They give you shower tokens. The first stall it took my tokens and did not work. ( 9 pm) That pretty well sucks -your undressed all your " stuff" placed and you have to redress, repack and try another. That one took an extra token to work. All but one of these were not the campgrounds fault but were the reality of my visit. Couldn't rate the quietness etc of the campground only a handful of tent sites were occupied. If someone was rowdy or noisy late I did not see a " who to call" posting nor any rangers driving around. So my final take: scenic but with baggage.

We loved staying here with our RV! It is not on Lake Powell but you have the most incredible views of Lake Powell and Glen Canyon especially sunset and sunrises. And it’s in a remote area so it doesn’t feel like you’re in a tourist spot. The sites are very clean with picnic tables, a grill and fire ring. We didn’t use the showers but did use the laundry room. The Laundry room was clean and while the machines are dated, they did the job and appreciated that they are open 24 hours. Be sure to bring quarters. It’s $3.50 for a wash and $2 per dry. We checked in late and you need to go to the office first. They will have a list of open sites and you write your name next to the one you take. They do include 3 “shower” coins but you have to get them from the office when they open. We would stay here again. I am puzzled by the “resort” fee because there is nothing extra i.e pools, tennis court or other amenities you expect with a resort fee.

Nice views of Lake Powell. Campsites are open and lack shade. Showers require special currency.

We arrived on November 7th for two nights. We paid $60 per night, and on top of that, $3 for an 8-minute shower — and we were four people. The showers were in terrible condition: dirty, rusty, with broken shower heads or barely any water pressure. Out of seven showers, only three were open, and none of them were clean. The front desk service was indifferent and unprofessional. We asked where we could empty our RV tanks, and they directed us to a dump station that was closed for the season. The staff was unable to tell us where else we could go. We ended up paying $15 at another campground to dump our tanks, only to find out later that the Wahweap sites actually have their own dump stations — something the front desk failed to mention. So we basically paid $15 for nothing. We also wanted to do laundry but got confused because there are two different coin systems — one for the showers and another for the laundry. When we explained the situation, the front desk made no effort to help or exchange the coins, so we lost another $3. We’re on a road trip and this was our fifth stop — by far the worst experience. Very disappointing overall. Fortunately, the natural surroundings were absolutely stunning, which was the only redeeming part of our stay. Definitely a campground to avoid!

Loved it. I did wonder why with the heat and no trees that they don't have picnic table covers. Any thing would be helpful especially on those days when its super windy. Free showers to campers. Just make sure you put three coins in at once!!

Very nice area to camp. Clean, large sites and spread out. Each circle area has its own bathrooms/showers. Great views of the lake and scenery. Make sure to see the rising sun! Very pretty! The campsites are uphill from the convenience store/registration office and the store is uphill from the shore. It’s a good walk.

At the cost of 85 dollars a day, this place sucked! The showers were an extra cost of at least 3.00 per person. The sites are not level and are filled with colonies of army ants. We have always wanted to stay here, but we are over that thought and would recommend others to think twice. Is it worth the fees? For us, no!!!

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for taking the dogs on long walks. Beautiful views, close to Horseshoe Bend and the second largest dam. We definitely loved it here.

We're from Austria in Europe and spent two nights at Wahweap RV & Campground on our trip through the southwestern United States. The campground is located in a beautiful landscape on Lake Powell. It's spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. Full hookup is possible, and the staff is friendly. However, the price of $195 for two nights isn't exactly cheap. This place is highly recommended if you want to visit and experience Antelope Canyon — we highly recommend it. Klaus & Karin

We had a great stay at Wahweap Campground! The facilities are excellent — clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The restrooms and showers were especially impressive: spotless, modern, and regularly cleaned. Showers do require tokens ($2 for 15 minutes), which you can get from the camp store. The camp store itself is well-stocked with everything you might need — from snacks to camping supplies and souvenirs — though prices are on the higher side, so it’s good to plan ahead if you’re on a budget. The campground layout offers a good mix of privacy and beautiful views, especially near Lake Powell. It’s a fantastic location for exploring the area. Overall, highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and scenic camping experience!

Stayed 2 nights in site #22. Very nice site! Spacious, level, beautiful views - what more can you ask for? Loved every minute here! Laundry was nice, views were spectacular, good walking, close to Page! Had stayed here before and will stay again!

Nice, clean and open campground..we had an amazing view and it was quiet with easy access to trails..beware of the extra fees they charge a "resort" fee but do not give access to the resort (hotel) amenities like the pool.

price changed from over the phone to when we got there. and staff wasn't very nice. also you have to pay extra for the showers. Besides that its a nice clean place to RV or tent camp the lake was kinda muddy where we went so not the best place for swimming.
