We have been coming to Waterfront RV park for about 5 years now. We love and always enjoy our time we camp there. The park is always clean, everything works great, the hook ups and cable TV, never have a problem. But best of all is the staff. Cynthia is always so helpful, fun and friendly. She will do her best to make sure we're happy and comfortable. We love coming there and try to camp there as much as we can. They are in a great location. So many things nearby as well as right across the street from the beach. Never disappointed when we stay there. ☺️. We love it there!

Conversions beware! They will turn you away on check in. They were oddly worried about our MCI bus having a black tank (it doesnt). We use a compost toilet. Anyway, they refused us and we found a much better spot up the PCH right on the water. Staff was at least friendly as they booted us out, so 2 stars. Place was practically deserted so they mustn't be too hard up for revenue. Take your business elsewhere.

We have a 100k certified rv conversion and they declined us once we showed up, because we don't have a black tank. No problem taking our money prior, however. Place was empty. Had old ugly rvs, but because we dont have a flushing toilet, they said no. Interesting, because our rig cost more than any of the 5 rigs in there. Slightly pissed, but also very GLAD to not be parked right NEXT to an Oil Refinery! Definitely do NOT recommend!

Tyler is 10 star, out of 5. This rv park is also 10 star, put of 5. Laundromat, for one of my boys that got sick last night and a clean pool for them to play in today, because they're both miraculously cured. Here for the air show and the spots are spacious, safe, and clean. Thanks guys!!! Great camp ground to fly our @polesandholders

Great place, well run, clean showers, individual dumps and hook ups, 10pm quiet time. We will come back! BUT: smokers... please create a smokers area... We parked behind an accumulated group of smokers that infiltrated our rv with cigarette smoke until 11:00 pm. Just Awful. Lights: Our spot (64) is right under the world's brightest security light makes it feel like daytime. Maybe a deflector on the bottom of the light?

First stay here and we loved it! Very well kept, friendly staff, and right next to the beach, all around a great experience. We had plenty of room outside of our RV for a grill and chairs. Very safe and a fun beachy vibe!

LOVE this place and the way it is run and the way it is kept!! Someone meets you and brings u to your parking space, helps you park if needed. Everything from the spaces, to the pool area to the game room to the laundry room are all very clean! A garbage strike started the day we pulled in and went for almost 2 weeks and they even had a private company come pick up the garbage! Highly recommend.😎

Honest to goodness

Clean restrooms but they lock them up at 9 when the sign clearly states 10 pm. Over-priced vending machine ($3 for a can of Coke) but then again,it is OC. Excessive bleach in the pool and very hot tub (120f) outdated game room and the power plant next door noises. Great location tho 😂

We R very disappointed. Have to agree with others. A parking lot full of RVs very close to each other. Black top is old n falling apart. A mess every where on R mats n into R RV. Management not responsive to issues brought forward. Maintaince Employee verbally attacked me. Yes, I asked him to stop blowing dust in my direct at 8:30 AM. To do laundry one has to down load an App. No coins accepted. Kids run free on E Bikes n scooters dodging thru spaces. We left 5 days early. We have asked for A Refund. No reply. If you like A clean updated, Quite, customer friendly Campsite? Do not go to the RV park.

RV park is located right across the street from Huntington Beach, they have a heated pool ,laundry & game room . Full hookups . There are several restaurants very close by for dining out . Great for biking all around the area .

This is one of my favorite RV parks in California! Right across from the beach! Laundry room is super clean. Cynthia the manager is very accommodating and kind. The park is very clean and well kept. It's always hard to leave.

A parking lot turned into a RV site. Very crammed placed, no greenery. Bad free included internet connection. Very expensive ($ 127 per night) even for shoulder season. Minimum of 2 nights. We left after one night... Only reason to book this is to have easy access to Huntington Beach, which is not the prettiest of all Orange County beaches (especially with the ugly large structure next to the beach and RV site). You better take a site elsewhere cheaper, drive a little in the morning and park on the state beach parking lot and enjoy the day directly at the beach.

Avoid this place at all cost! Very bad management and no one in the office, no one picks up the call. The security guy is very rude and demanding. The management team will do nothing but threaten you. Thanks for your reply , but I don’t think you really cared about how your customer thinks. We had already communicated with you with your staff’s aggressive behaviours and you don’t even sound you were concerned. We still did not received any apology from your staff which is why we are leaving this review. During our phone call you constantly said you were busy and hanged up. So communicate to this email is just going to another series of negligence. If you want to have a good RV park experience in California I would recommend you to try Orangeland or canyon. Their staffs are really responsible and friendly.

Location is the only reason to stay at this RV park. Management was nice, rules are very strict. Very pricey! A large asphalt parking lot, very close to each other. Noisy from street noise, close neighbor noise, construction noise. Laundry room & machines need regular cleaning. Large front load machines had lots of pet hair both times I used the laundry. Washing machines had grime & residue. Spa had lots of sand in it. Several long term residents that kind of junk the place up. Felt safe enough.
