Booked and paid for my site in February. Arrived a couple weeks ago to be told my rv will not fit in the site I reserved. After some discussion, they agreed to let me see if the RV would fit. RV fit the site just fine. The price per night is high. I stayed at other campgrounds right on the ocean with the same services for much less. Read other reviews about being run down and sorry to say I agree.

We come from Calgary and spent 5 night on this RV resort. The location is awesome, it’s just on the beach, nice ocean view. But the beach smell very bad and compare to the price, oh com’on… very old facilities and bad smells and very unstable internet wifi, I will say that I would have way better choices than this one. Won’t come again.

Owners were quick to respond by email with answers to questions, but never once saw them in person. No one at the office even when we arrived at 6:30pm. Resort is a very loose term. Pretty rundown. We’ve stayed in nicer places for much less.

I canceled my reservation on a family matter. I do know what there cancellation policy is but this was and is beyond my control. I find there compassion little to none. I find it that disgusting. My sister is on her deathbed and only has a matters of weeks to live. If I cancelled it for any other reason I would understand and take the loss. Instead they would not reimburse me my camping fee. So they cancelled my reservation, keep my money and then they will assign my spot to someone else and make double the profit. I gave them one star but I would have gave the zero.

Run down. Weeds everywhere, dangerous deep holes in the grass field. No staff on to deal with issues at night. One campsite was loud and partying until 3AM and nothing was done. The Beach is fantastic.

Awesome place Nash the manager is amazing. Good people all around. Quiet and peaceful with the ocean steps away!!!! Nice and quiet , every resident is allways so helpful. Like a little community!!

Property sold July of this year. Last winter was amazing. Wonderful people. Well run. The new owners are not pleasant to deal with. Questions and concerns are not addressed. I was told “stay in your trailer and mind your own business”. As a broken pipe ran for 24 hrs with no one to on site to take care of the issue. Leaves were never raked. They blew them under my trailer. Leaving my trailer covered in dirt. Now the price has been raised with no improvements to the park. I will never return to this beautiful park. Very sad.

My first RV trip. I never been to any other side but im pretty sure this will still be my favourite spot. The beach, sand and the ocean view is breathtaking. I would recommend this place to everyone.
