Very nice campground, very nice host. Stayed September 2023. Potable water available. Spotless vault toilets. Clean sites.

Best campground in Alaska! $12/night, free wood, potable water, the sweetest camp hosts, and the best part… the bathrooms. Huge spotlessly clean cedar buildings with plenty of tp and automatic hand sanitizer dispensers. It smelled deliciously of cedar and I’d like to just hang out in there. The sites were beautiful and they’re not far from a nice little grayling creek and a ton of wild blueberries. I’d love to stay here again next time I pass through!

If I can leave 10 stars I would. This place is so magical and the photos I posted are just so beautiful, out of this world, and will keep you mesmerized for sometime. There’s not much hiking but there are accesses for ATVs and the tranquility is what you need to soak up there. A must see, FYI the photos are not enhanced.

Fantastic campground, especially for BLM. Large, very new restrooms, maybe a year old, that were spotless (a credit to the host Klaus). They even had doormats outside and air fresheners inside. Sites themselves were all well-maintained, and potable water was available. Only $10 per night (or $5 with some of the park passes), too. It was somewhat strange that there was almost nobody else staying there given the area and time of year. The bugs weren't even bad.
