Western Acres RV Park in Mesa, AZ

I've been a resident at Western Acres for over 9 years. I'm disabled permanently with Multiple Sclrosis. Last month,  I had a medical event happen. I passed out outside my trailer at night, the next morning, Jose and Larry, Manager/Maintenance found me the next morning and called an ambulance. Vanessa (Manager) and Jose came to the hospital to check up on me and the doctor said I wasn't getting out any time soon. Jose, Vanessa and Larry knew I had pets that needed to be cared for. They ended up finding my keys to gain entry into my trailer. I spent the next 7 days in the hospital. The first 3 days I was unconscious but Vanessa, Jose and Larry fed and watered my dogs otherwise they would have died. I am eternally grateful for them doing this. I would have been devastated if they died. They are the best managers and maintenance this park has ever had.

The staff here if off the chain love these people always going above and beyond to help everyone around them

Everyone here is very welcoming just a little slice of peace in a hectic  🌎 world the manager Vanessa and Jose are very nice and welcoming

Management is awesome and very polite also very professional. The extra bathrooms they have come in clutch when you're living out of an RV.

Managers r awesome and respectful. Maintence crew is very prompt. 2 in and out areas. Back gate is locked promptly at 8pm. Kid friendly with playground. Easy access to stores. Clubhouse activities.

Booming bass music all throughout the day that keeps getting worse... I work nights and I find it really hard get solid sleep with it sounding so ghetto here.

One of the best place to set your RV for a stay! Def around the outdoor activities. The nicest people I have ever known. Def a recommended place for a future stay esp a place to live.

Nice park that actually allows families and it's only 15 minutes to the National Forest for some amazing hiking.
