5 stars for the restaurant. 1 star for not having a sign on the NW laundry that the AC was out. We did 2 weeks of travel laundry in nearly 90 degrees. How hard is it to warn guests in advance?

Really nice resort! Clean, friendly and full of things to do. Fabulous library to take and leave books. Spacious, clean laundry facilities. The bar window by the pool makes it easy to get yummy drinks and food poolside. If I had to find a downside at all it would be the pool.....it's not very big compared to the size of the park. You can't actually "swim" when it's busy because it's just full of noodlers. If you can't beat em, join em! Grab a noodle and bob around 🙂

Went for the Fish on Friday, NOT ALL YOU CAN EAT! If you are Hungry for Fish like I was, I had to order 2 plates, so double the cost.

About 8 miles from AZ and Cali border, right off freeway is a large over 1000 sites for RV's and small manufactured homes. This place is crazy maintained. Nothing out of place, bldg's super maintained, clean, pool, restaurant, 9 hole golf course, pickle ball and tennis courts, music at the pool (live). We'll guarded entry and exits, area to unhook toads, they direct you into sites and are very helpful and friendly. Costs are reasonable. Weather in summer can be hot. Date farm nearby with tours and store.

Great community, great people, great clubhouse, pool and spa. Only negative is the speed limit of 10 mph !

The new office staff could use customer service training instead of being sticklers about everything. They forget we live here. Management will ask us to fill out a form then make up new rules as they please and the manager doesn’t returns calls. I signed a lease because of the prior staff’s amazing customer service. Now I find myself trapped in a lease at a location I can’t use my rented property as desired because management changes the rules without being bothered to have a conversation. This place is no longer a nice place to live.

This is not a hotel. It's an RV resort. We only went here for dinner at the restaurant. Terrible experience. Food was abhorrent. Can get better in the frozen food section of the market. We will never go back.

Very nice RV Park! Pickleball courts were very nice. Great pool. Staff was friendly and took good care of us. Highly recommended.

The bar and grill is fantastic. Outdoor, shaded tables, tiki bar, reasonable prices, incredible specials: fish and chips (huge, flaky pieces properly prepared), prime rib (a must-try), Come early to avoid waiting.

First visit. We were warmly greeted at the front gate and directed to the Bar & Grill. The service was exceptional and the lunch was delicious.

Husband and I enjoy golfing at the resort golf course . Nice 9 hole easily walkable. The restaurant has a great menu, breakfast ,lunch and dinner immaculate! Happy hour on select drinks can’t beat the prices anywhere else!

Wonderful staff, polite & always helped when we needed it. Food is fresh & delicious, nice variety offered. There is always something to do, their amenities keep you busy during your stay. The atmosphere... lots of laughter, music, & great times with other delightful guests. It was overall an awesome experience for us. We will definitely return.

Great RV Park on frontage road at I-8 in Yuma. They even have their own golf course & restaurant, pool, etc!
