5 stars for the restaurant.   1 star for not having a sign on the NW laundry that the AC was out.  We did 2 weeks of travel laundry in nearly 90 degrees.  How hard is it to warn guests in advance?

Really nice resort! Clean, friendly and full of things to do. Fabulous library to take and leave books. Spacious, clean laundry facilities.  The bar window by the pool makes it easy to get yummy drinks and food poolside. If I had to find a downside at all it would be the pool.....it's not very big compared to the size of the park. You can't actually "swim" when it's busy because it's just full of noodlers. If you can't beat em, join em! Grab a noodle and bob around 🙂

Went for the Fish on Friday, NOT ALL YOU CAN EAT! If you are Hungry for Fish like I was, I had to order 2 plates, so double the cost.

About 8 miles from AZ and Cali border, right off freeway is a large over 1000 sites for RV's and small manufactured homes. This place is crazy maintained. Nothing out of place, bldg's super maintained, clean, pool, restaurant, 9 hole golf course, pickle ball and tennis courts, music at the pool (live). We'll guarded entry and exits, area to unhook toads, they direct you into sites and are very helpful and friendly. Costs are reasonable. Weather in summer can be hot. Date farm nearby with tours and store.

Great community, great people, great clubhouse, pool and spa.  Only negative is the speed limit of 10 mph !

The new office staff could use customer service training instead of being sticklers about everything. They forget we live here. Management will ask us to fill out a form then make up new rules as they please and the manager doesn’t returns calls. I signed a lease because of the prior staff’s amazing customer service.

Now I find myself trapped in a lease at a location I can’t use my rented property as desired because management changes the rules without being bothered to have a conversation.

This place is no longer a nice place to live.

This is not a hotel. It's an RV resort. We only went here for dinner at the restaurant. Terrible experience. Food was abhorrent. Can get better in the frozen food section of the market. We will never go back.

Well from booking to confirmation to arrival the experience has been first rate. Sites are large with full power water sewer and cable. Well maintained and very clean. Very friendly staff and most residents. Looking for a top flight winter home? Look no further. We are here till beginning of March

It is a nice resort except we expected to be  able to golf here. Very dry! Like golfing on concrete! Went a couple of times but golfed on many other courses instead. Not only is the course terrible but the price to golf is going up next year! Too bad!

Great place. Everyone is extremely friendly. Lots of activities to join in.
