Another good RV campground that could be a 5/5 with a little more effort. In reality there are only two things I would rate lower. The bathrooms are descent and fairly clean but a daily cleaning is not done. The showers are fine but as in many campsites not perfect. While the laundry has free washers only one of the two is operating and there is no place to sort or fold clothes. Dryers are 3.75 but are large. So that is the Ricky tacky stuff. The grounds are clean and good room at each site. Most are grass and not gravel but are level. There are trees throughout so good shade in the summer. The entry has a nice seating area and places for kids to romp as well as a pool and small arcade. The price is consistent with the area and Connor was helpful when onsite and responded quickly by text when he wasn’t. The old rail now bike path behind the property is great for a walk, run, or bike. Being right in the main road wasn’t a problem as during the evening it is quiet but early you may hear trucks heading to work.

We stayed at this small, very well-kept campground and had both a campsite and a rented room. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our campsite was spotless, and all the hookups worked perfectly. The campground is conveniently located near all the main attractions in Lake George, making it easy to explore the area. We had a wonderful fall weekend and would definitely return.

We have friends that camp here every year and they love it, so we rented a cabin and spent a weekend with them. The campground is very clean and family friendly, great place to go if you have young kids, as it has a heated pool, playground, arcade, and is located right on the bike path so there is easy access. The owners are very helpful and will assist when needed. I gave the review 4 stars because of the cabin. Very quaint and extremely cozy. If you are a large person I would not suggest renting as my wife and I could not fit in certain areas together! They are definitely in dire need of a complete renovation as they are dated and in need of some serious TLC! If you like a firm bed, then they have one for you, ours was like sleeping on plywood, didn't get much sleep. The best thing about the cabin is they have a huge deck. I believe that the deck is actually bigger than the interior of the cabin itself! Overall, it was great stay and if we had a camper we would definitely go back, but not so sure we will stay in the cabins again unless they do some upgrades.

We just camped for a couple of days and it was wonderful. The hosts are amazing and the property is well-kept. The location is convenient to town and the outlets. Electric bikes are available and the property is open to the bike path. The winery offers a great variety of wine. We will see you again next summer!

This campground is GREAT, we have no complaints but we were in a cabin instead of having our RV with us this time. IT had a flat tire and we had a rally to get to so Connor got us a cabin. The ONLY reason it is 4 stars is that the shower was not at all powerful and I like it REALLY hot which it was not, it was hot but REALLY hot. I find the staff of this campground goes out of their way to accommodate their campers, we definitely want to come back. The pool is great and the RV sites are spacious enough to get in and out of your site. NO COMPLAINTS REALLY!! Lake George is literally 3 miles away and there is a gitney bus to and from town. Go, you will not be sorry!!!
