New owners have taken possession of this peaceful property and are doing an amazing job at upgrading and enhancing the entire multi-acre space, from the sites to the office. The campsites are spaced far enough apart to enjoy privacy yet close enough to visit your neighbors if you want. As Buck and Trachel do everything they can to make your stay pleasant, you'll want to come back again and again!

Under new management. This place is a hidden gem, with spacious lots and very friendly ownership. You get a genuine sense that they will turn the older grounds into something amazing in the near future. While there, they had an electrician come to plan on converting many of the spots to 50A, which is a necessity due to the warmer summers the last few years. The grounds are set deep enough off Highway 260 to keep it quiet (nearly no road noise), which is hard to find in Rim country. I’m definitely planning on returning with my family in the future to escape the desert heat.

This place has new owners and we stayed for 1 night because RV places in Heber were full over Labor Day weekend. I highly recommend this place. They are getting 50 amp hook ups in late September/early October too. The owners are kind and everyone there is kind too. It’s very quiet and peaceful. No highway noise. Kid friendly and we definitely will be back! This place has lots of potential and they are slowly working on upgrading the land. It’s going to be a huge hit. I see their vision. Love the paddle board lake idea and fishing too.

My husband and our pups stayed for a quick weekend while we had a wedding in town. It was a perfect home base for us! Water and electricity worked great, we had no issues. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to move our site to another site. Very excited to see this place evolve and we will definitely be back. It was a very quiet place with beautiful scenery around. We saw lots of wildlife in the area! I loved that it was also an affordable stay. Thank you both!

This place is under new ownership and the owners are fantastic! Very friendly and quick to respond. The owner also called us before we got there to allow us an opportunity to move spots since there was openings not as close to other trailers for the weekend. There is a giant billboard making it easy to find. I do suggest having some sort of lighting around the entrance way to make it easy to see at night. The spots are clearly numbered making it easy to find your spot..It’s only 10 minute drive into Heber and about 30 to show low so it was perfect to be outskirts and quiet but still close enough to town! They have full hook up and partial hook up! And there is a dump tank on site and dumpster! We didn’t use the bathrooms/shower/laundry room building but we did peek inside and it was very clean and up-kept. They are working on improving the place and it has a lot of potential. They are currently working on building a pond for recreational activities which will be so cool! We got a chance to speak to Trachel(owner) in person about the place and they have a big vision for the place and it’s going to be such a great spot! We enjoyed our stay, our dogs loved getting to be in cooler weather and we definitely plan to come back when we camp up here again!

This place should not be called camperland let's change the name to sticker City. we came back from a two-day stay and our dogs right now are being taken into the vets because they have a foxtail stuck in between the toes that's burrowed in and another one went in my other dog's inner ear

Had a bad experience the amenities are broken but a few showers and toilets. Had to pay the daily rate when I was told I could do monthly. Felt like I was being taken advantage of because there was no where else to stay for a few months. Don't go there if you are young and have children not very friendly. I have two dogs and I couldn't walk them very far due to all the burs in the dried up medow not a pretty green grass.

Kinda far from shopping or eating. Had so many burs in the grass that I couldn't walk my dogs. Large problem, they have an entrance that is narrow with a pole across the top. Rustic looking but low enough to damage your RV. I hit my TV antenna and caused a lot of damage. Also when we left 2 days early because of the burs getting all over my dogs, no refund was given for the unused dsys.wha a bad experience.

The white mountain park is a DUMP! . I t has not been maintained at any level. The building that use to be the club house/office was condemned, the new office trailer appears to be rotting at the sill plate. The well house roof needs repair, the maintenance shed roof needs repair, only 1/2 of the commodities in the restroom work, the rest are out of service. 50 % of the roadway lighting is out ( security /safety issue). The grounds have not been watered and nothing was done to treat the green belts for sand burrs, which are everywhere. There is also a funny rule that I have only seen in one other park in Washington, $5 per visitor and $5 for there car not including overnight, thats more money. Also if you have an extra vehicle or trailer its $5 a day. If you are driving past keep going, and do yourself a favor. I do not think that this park will exist much longer if major renovations don't occur.

Old campground/RV park. Well maintained, could use some money & TLC put into it. No cell service, wifi available 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - sometimes it is just slow & slower, many times wifi doesn't work at all. We stayed 8 days, actually enjoyed hiking nearby and "unplugging" for a few days. Full hookups, including 50 amp.
