Overall good stay. We went during off season so can’t speak to many of the amenities. The heater in our cabin was too noisy to use while trying to sleep.

Super nice park! The kids loved the jumping pillow and park area. Shower/restroom houses were so warm and clean. Spots were a bit close but the area was lovely with trees.

Beautiful area, awesome Pine trees, nice folks, clean campground and dog area. Only downfall, food was awful! We had breakfas burrito and sausage was sub par and potatoes were undercooked. Pizza was uncooked dough, not undercooked but uncooked and nasty. They gave us Philly cheese steaks as replacement for pizza, and they were soooo salty that we couldn't eat them. This is a great place, lots of fun stuff for families and dogs just eat elsewhere.

Nice, clean, safe. I arrived late one night, only staying the following day and night. I called and told them I would be arriving after hours, and they told me to come into the office the next morning to complete my paperwork. The office is only open like 9-4. So I woke up at 6 am and sat around 3 hours waiting on them to open, and when I go in at 9 they tell me I didn’t have to come in, everything was done. So I was only in the area for one day, and went to the Grand Canyon, but was delayed three hours due to their poor instructions.

This KOA is located in the tall Ponderosa pines, between Williams to the west and Flagstaff to the east. The service was great. We rented Cabin 5 for 2 nights. The cabin contained a heater and TV, which were fine. The cabin windows are not sealed very well. It was windy, and the breeze was coming through the window seal. The mattresses were pleasantly comfortable. We would have no problem staying at this KOA in the future.
