We stayed here for three nights as we visited the Grand Canyon and Sedona and it’s right in the middle! Easy drive to both. Loved the little town of Williams and Route 66 as well. Campground hosts were fabulous, excellent store, facilities and amenities (especially for kids!). Site was decent and all worked well. Loved the on site food truck for breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

My family of 4 had the best time. So many things for the kids to do. The staff were incredibly patient and friendly. We did crafts, rode go carts, rode the train and hayride, jumped on the pillow and more. It’s an incredible place. Only downside was the cleanliness of the cabin. The floor and bed frames were icky & sticky. Also, there is a food truck with yummy food but not many options, no place to sit down and eat, and it was pricey. But overall, GREAT TIME, we will be back!!

While passing through Arizona, we wanted to explore some of historic Route 66 and discovered this fantastic KOA near town. They offer unique covered wagons and TeePee’s for rent. Plus, there are fun activities like go-karts, mini-golf, and a bounce pad for the kids! I highly recommend this clean and quiet spot for a great stay.

Brian, or as our 5 year old would call him Mr. B! Made this trip amazing for our son and all the other kids. Our son looked forward to seeing Mr B every morning to tell him the the wiggle train was coming. The staff was friendly and helpful! We are looking forward to booking here again same time next year. Thank you for being such a fun kid friendly campground!

Sites are wide and well laid out. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The groundskeepers guide you to your site so you don’t have to find it on your own. Shout out to Miss Patty for being so welcoming. My only suggestion would be to have an ATM or card reader on site for the laundry. We had to go back into town to get cash to use in the coin machines in the laundry room after the office had closed for the day.

Obsessed with this place!! Will definitely be back. It’s very catered towards children and my four year old son had a BLAST. He said he wanted to move there forever and live there lol. But the lady in the arts and crafts area was AMAZING with children as well as the gentleman running the train and hay ride. We stayed in the tipi and it was very roomy and had electricity which we weren’t expecting. The place is a little pricey for a campground but well worth the money with all the extra amenities for kids. They also play a movie at night and have free popcorn. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!

The location is off a main highway #40. A lot of traffic noise, but not too bad. Wolf was very nice. He personally saw that everyone at the camp ground was happy. All the staff that we encountered were very nice. The cafe has great food. The only thing I would recommend is clean the pool and pool are better.

Stayed for 3 nights. PROS: Everyone from the front desk to maintenance was super nice and very helpful. We locked ourselves out and didn't have our phones and they called a few places for us so we could get back in. The grounds are clean, laundry room clean. Spaces were what we expected for a koa, not large but decent size. A lot of amenities for children. Pet friendly with cute little off leash dog runs. Did not see the pool or visit the Cafe so I cannot speak on that. Close to a town with a grocery store and gas. CONS: a lot of children who are let loose and do the things that kids do. Loud and some obnoxious and we were in a terrible spot by all the kids amenities so they all cut through our site and loved antagonizing our dogs to the point I had to keep our camper door shut. Kids will be kids so if you want a bit more peace I would suggest staying further in the property away from the kids stuff. If you have kids then the closer the better! You can hear the highway but our ac drowned it out so wasn't a big deal for us. That's it for cons! All in all its definitely a nice place to stay and would recommend especially if you have kids.

Second time here and it was awesome again! Facilities are very nice, plenty of bathrooms and showers and they are always clean. The customer service is always great. Updated nighttime mini golf was great, new glowing golf balls, new lights on the course and a black light tower made it a lot more fun. Go carts were open this time and were a lot of fun, great track, nice carts. Bounce pillow is always a exciting time for the kids and they had a great time again. The shop always has everything you need while you're there.

Overall good stay. We went during off season so can’t speak to many of the amenities. The heater in our cabin was too noisy to use while trying to sleep.

Super nice park! The kids loved the jumping pillow and park area. Shower/restroom houses were so warm and clean. Spots were a bit close but the area was lovely with trees.

Beautiful area, awesome Pine trees, nice folks, clean campground and dog area. Only downfall, food was awful! We had breakfas burrito and sausage was sub par and potatoes were undercooked. Pizza was uncooked dough, not undercooked but uncooked and nasty. They gave us Philly cheese steaks as replacement for pizza, and they were soooo salty that we couldn't eat them. This is a great place, lots of fun stuff for families and dogs just eat elsewhere.

Nice, clean, safe. I arrived late one night, only staying the following day and night. I called and told them I would be arriving after hours, and they told me to come into the office the next morning to complete my paperwork. The office is only open like 9-4. So I woke up at 6 am and sat around 3 hours waiting on them to open, and when I go in at 9 they tell me I didn’t have to come in, everything was done. So I was only in the area for one day, and went to the Grand Canyon, but was delayed three hours due to their poor instructions.

This KOA is located in the tall Ponderosa pines, between Williams to the west and Flagstaff to the east. The service was great. We rented Cabin 5 for 2 nights. The cabin contained a heater and TV, which were fine. The cabin windows are not sealed very well. It was windy, and the breeze was coming through the window seal. The mattresses were pleasantly comfortable. We would have no problem staying at this KOA in the future.

This place is amazing! We have stayed here twice now. The 1st time we camped out in a tent and recently stayed in a wagon. Its a great place to stay if you want to avoid hotels and want to spend time bonding with the family. There's plenty to do for the kids and pets so there's so many things to choose from. Can't wait for our next trip!
