Great little campground for a county park. Water front sites are decent sized. The upper lots with full hookup are large. Good wifi reception throughout the entire place. Restrooms were clean. Lots and lots of deer everywhere

Stayed 4 days here! Had a waterfront view site. Worth the extra money. We were tent camping with water and electric. Not far from Birch run and Frankenmuth. About 20 to 30 min. It was a nice relaxing trip. Will definitely visit again.

We do rustic camping and its a perfect getaway up-north without going too up-north! The water is always warm and kids cannot get out! The camping spots are great anywhere by the water or the further part out, other spots have driveways for campers. Its family friendly and dog friendly, we always have great time camping here.

Our family would like to thank the staff who were working on Friday 11, July, 2025 for their help when one of our groups campsite flooded with the heavy rain. They allowed them to move their rig immediately, to another members site with approval for the extra cars and tents on one site. thanks so much.

I traveled from Tennessee (originally from Flint) to Wolverine Park. I was invited through friends to a cookout before I went back. I've been gone 30 years from Flint, so things definitely have changed! The park is awesome! Loved how you can set your trailer in different areas, take your boat out on the water! The park was clean, people were nice! I definitely will be back to enjoy Wolverine again! It was awesome!
