Enjoyed Memorial Day but I won't come back next year. Had a neighbor who loved their Mexican music. We were tolerant but the family was bilingual. We had a couple friendly but heated loud music wars. My son in law let them think they won until he after an hour blasted so loud they had to turn off their music. We prefer English lyrics. Fun because it's been awhile since I had been around loud happy folks. I am a quieter happy person. Anyhow if you enjoy"peace" better choose a different weekend experience. If ALL types of loud music is your thing you will enjoy this place over a holiday weekend. Boating got a little crazier because that's way more dangerous. When jet skis overrun and fly past your tow of kids on a tube it can be dangerous for everyone. Happy to announce there were no accidents with our parties. But it did get heated on the water. Our solution was park the boats cause it's not worth getting a child or someone hurt over speeding and cutting on the water. Next year a quieter spot for sure.

Used the RV campground here. Beautiful park. Sites fairly level, full hookups and plenty of room between sites. Waterfront site we had was so nice, we could walk right into the water. Dog friendly. Great place at a great price. Only complaint was loud party campers playing music until 1 am. Would’ve preferred to be able to sleep with my windows open to enjoy the peace of nature.

Huge park, with LOTS of shallow sandy beaches for kids..... Places for fishing quietly away from everyone. Well equipped re bathrooms, faucets, picnic tables and fire rings. Easy to find some shade even though you're not in forest. Well kept and we'll managed....miles of trails to ride bikes. Great for kayaks and motorized boats. We were very impressed

I've been going to Woodward Reservoir almost every summer since I was a kid, and it holds so much more excitement to me now as an adult. Obviously for kids there's so much to do, and what kid doesn't love the water activities like fishing and water skiing? Even now, I let my nieces and nephews go crazy for those, and they have a blast each time. Now that I'm a little older, I thoroughly enjoy the campsites and the amenities at each. I've been to one at T-Island and one at Hackberry Flat and both have had picnic and barbecue areas, and even fish cleaning stations. The facilities are clean and pretty modern and I've never had an issue with anything there. I plan on exploring more sites soon; hopefully heading to Charlie's Point next! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
