The only good thing about this place are the nice views. Other then that, BEWARE!!! The women in the front office especially Susan are the worst. Except for Ginger, if you need anything only ask for HER!! Anytime ive dealt with Susan shes giving me and others the wrong paperwork to fill out, trying to get more money out of us, when I go to the office about a question shell be standing right in front of me and say I need to "call" the front desk, wont speak to you if other people are present, the list goes on. Also be aware that as of 5/14/2020, they increased the monthly rates $140 and your now responsible to pay for your own electric! Its off season and I am paying $1250 for the cheapest spot. Included in the rates are water, internet which you can access if your by the clubhouse, cable which I have 7 channels and electric that goes out CONSTANTLY!! 3 people this week alone have had their electric go out. Also be careful coming here during the rainy season as we dont have sewer drains and the park floods REALLY bad!!! I had water up to my car door just from a storm that passed a few nights ago. All the amenities are extremellyyyy outdate and the laundry room is outdoors if you feel like sweating your butt off doing it. But like I said, its a pretty park with great river views so if you dont mind paying an arm and a leg for this place and if you can deal with the constantly changing rules, this place is for you
