Yanks RV Resort

Full time RVers. Location chosen for Pinnacles National Park and loop around Monterey/Big Sur. Park was very chill. Nice pool and laundry facilities. Very big rig friendly and sites were spaced out well. One. Only complaint (not Yanks fault) is the birds. Must have caught them during nesting season in late May. Very aggressive and "dive bombed" us reletively frequently.

We have been traveling across the US and have stayed at a lot of RV resorts. This place is immaculate. All sites are beautiful landscaped and have concrete pad and picnic table area. Dog park so clean and even have tunnels for them to play in. Now onto the most important thing is travels want a clean bathroom. Ladies they thought of everything. Heater if needed. Bathroom area spotless. Counter space, toilet seat covers, individual paper towels. Tile area and hooks for everything. Showers were spotless and huge. They are all tile. Bench seat in shower is massive. You can keep towel there and it doesn’t get wet. 5 stars all the way around.

The park is beautifully maintained with extremely nice and clean bathrooms/showers, two dog runs, a meeting room, pool, exercise room and laundromat. We checked in late (the office closes at 4 pm) but we had no problem following the late check in instructions. A nice place to stop for the night.

The RV park is absolutely perfect. From the beginning, the communication is clear and fast. The park is clean like we have never seen before. The showers and toilets are PRIVATE rooms larger than a luxurious hotel and they are meticulously cleaned. Even though the highway is a few hundred meters away, we had a very quiet night and don't let me start talk about the view..., the perfect sunset, green mountains and endless fields..

This is the best RV Resort in the entire area! It’s definitely a Resort quality stay. Staff is great. Bathrooms are spa like and always clean. The grounds are meticulously kept. If you’re even close to Greenfield, stay here. We can’t wait to go back again and again. Close enough to day trip Monterey and all surrounding areas.

It’s hard when you’re on the road and unsure where you might end up for the night. We typically use RV Life app to locate our next location and this was another winner. We don’t typically use the pool but we always appreciate a good dog park. Nice, wide interior roads, long sites and friendly staff.

I was tired after driving for 3h, ended up staying the night here. Calm and quiet throughout the whole night. Room was clean and shower has good pressure. Nice place!

Absolutely gorgeous, spacious and pristine. It’s high end KOA level. The shower/bathroom was clean and quiet. Use the single shower and bathroom stalls. The main locker room style ones weren’t as nice. Absolutely highly recommend. One tip however the winds here can get pretty heavy so be aware about leaving chairs etc as they can blow away.

This is a well thought out RV Park. Paved roads that are spaced appropriately for the size of the sites, full concrete pads, nice picnic tables, barbeque, full hookup at each RV site. The public areas are very nice as well with a pool and hot tub. The area is very flat so there are provisions to allow water runoff which keeps the sites from flooding but they rounded the curbs to make it easy to get in and out of the sites. I'm handicapped with a broken leg and got around easily. There was a continuous wind while we were there and the welcome package gives you suggestions to help keep your stuff from blowing around and causing damage. If we had known in advance we would have brought sturdy kites and taken advantage of the wind that this area offers naturally.

I rarely rate rv parks, but I have to rate this beautiful park. Yanks rv resort is very well maintained, clean, beautiful landscaping and all the amenities are very nice! Also, the staff are helpful and friendly! It's also very quiet and peaceful! If you're in this part of the country, it's a must stay!

We were going to Pinnacles NP, and didn't like the options on the East side, so we picked here and were really impressed with the grounds and facilities. Gate locks at 4pm everyday. Beautiful views. We still were able to drive to the park east side, but took 40min drive. West side of park closer. Very nice manicure grass areas, unfortunately with 2 dog parks, people still walked their dogs in the grass infant of our rv to pee while we were eating dinner.

Wonderful rv park! Spacious sites, great amenities and very visually appealing! If you’re in the area, or just passing thru, you won’t be disappointed spending some time here! Nice pool and spa as well!

If you’re looking for a RV spot to stay while exploring the area, this is it. Gorgeous park and grounds. Sites are large, concrete and landscaped. The staff extremely helpful and the facilities immaculate.
