We have stayed at this park multiple times normally around October. This year we got fun passes for the kids and planned to do a few activities throughout the weekend. We were greeted and helped by a young girl named Maddie! Let me tell you she absolutely made our stay the best it could possibly be! She definitely needs to be acknowledged by management if she isn’t already! I saw her work a 12 hour day with a smile that never left! Thank you we will see yall again next year!

Just rented the cabin for the weekend and have absolutely nothing bad to say. We didn’t have to bring linens all of that was provided. On the wall in the shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash didn’t have to bring that. The roads are very well-maintained and the staff was about as friendly as I have ever encountered. They have a small waterpark there also that we did not use But looked like it would be a lot of fun. Try it, you will enjoy it

I had the pleasure of staying at Jellystone Park October 10th - 12th for a State Rally that was held with my Masonic Motorcycle Riding Association (Widows Sons), and it was awesome! Our cabin (we were in cabin 267) was clean, pretty spacious, and the bed was super comfortable as well. One of our remotes didn't have batteries, but it was not that big of a deal as I had some spare batteries on hand and just used them. The food offered at the onsite cafe was pretty good. A little pricey, but pretty good and cooked to order. This is a great place to bring family for a day of fun, or for an overnight or more stay. Definitely family friendly for sure, and is a great place to host large events as well. I gave the Service 4 Stars because it took, at times, an extremely long time to get food from the cafe. There were a few cases of orders being lost, and sometimes it appeared there was only one person working in the kitchen, which could have caused longer wait times as well. However, as mentioned earlier, the food was still good and hot since it was cooked to order. The wings were my favorite with the chicken tenders coming in at a close second. The fries were good too. Heck, it was all good! My family and I will definitely visit again for sure.

This place is amazing! So so nice everywhere. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was absolutely perfect for us! The park had so much going on for the kids they never got bored and always had something to do! Kayla, Maddie and the other staff were amazing with the kids and never missed a beat with anything. The staff was the best staff I have dealt with in a long time and we travel a lot. Any question I had they were always there to answer it and very friendly and they took very good care of us! We can’t wait to go back!

This was our 5th visit to Jellystone in Bremen, GA, and it was AMAZING! They have done SO much renovating and expanding in the last year. Our cabin was new, and it was perfect for 5 people. The activities were on time, and we got to see Boo Boo and Cindy Bear. If you have a chance to go this month, I would highly recommend it. The haunted woods was a blast! We will definitely come back again next fall, if not sooner!

This place is false advertising. We stayed 2 weeks ago due to the online amenities. There were no golf cart rentals, no firewood, no arcade, we didn’t even have a picnic table at our site, and the pedal carts hadn’t been maintained in a VERY long time. My children couldn’t even push the pedals down. Not to mention it looked like people had been living at the sites for a very long time (which is fine), but it looked very dirty. We traveled pretty far to get here to pull up to a dump. To top it all off, the front desk lady knew absolutely nothing. No help what’s so ever. Don’t waist your time going here. You’ll be disappointed.

The web page is deceiving. Got there and first thing was they are no longer Good Sam's. Also the sheet and map they give you clearly emphasizes that they are NOT responsible if their tiny spaces are not level and they are not there to help you fit into a space or help you level out. If you are a big rig and you can't level out and open slides , well too bad. This park is great for kids, but definately not big rig friendly. They took me to 4 sites before we found one that was level enough to open, but with rear tire off the ground. First and last time here.

As a full timer for the last 3 years, I have to comment on this campground being one of the worst. We have stayed at hundreds of campgrounds from coast to coast. The only reason I'm not giving a lower rating is I know they are in a owner change position. The staff was helpful but the day we were scheduled to depart, my wife had a morning meeting at a local hospital were her Mother was admitted. She was contacted by a staff member which reminded her checkout was at 12. We left about 10 minutes late due to the meeting. She tried to explain with no concern of our personal issue by a staffer. The circle paths that takes you around to the sites have pot holes big enough to do damage to your tires and vehicles. The drainage system needs improvement and the mud from rain was awful. The sites need gravel applied more often and properly scrapped on a weekly basis. We found a much better campground 45 minutes north in Cave Spring GA. We are close to my mother in laws hospital and feel more welcomed at our new location. I will not stay here again when in our home town area.

I cannot say enough about the people working at the camp! First, I pulled into the road(private driveway) prior to the camp, then I called asking for help to get me backed up and on the road. They came out to assist! I had actually backed up with the encouragement of their neighbors however, they stopped the traffic and gave me instructions on how to pull onto to the road, because of the position I was in. Once there, the site was a pull through, but I was concerned on how I would get out in the morning. They found the perfect spot, all while being so kind and patient. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, just knowing they were coming to help put my mind at ease!

I want to start out with the good. They keep the kids busy here. We stayed for 2 nights and the kids always had something to do. The main building was kept up and all of the facilities looked nice. The staff was great and made sure everyone was happy. They have a dog area where our dog was able to run and play. The live animals were also great for the kids. They loved every minute there. The not so good: The sites were not very level and was a little cramped for our liking. The only other thing I would call out is there are some sites on the back side of the camp that are completely piled with trash which is an eye sore when driving by. I am guessing these sites are people that are living there. We paid around $84 a night and for that price it is not something you would expect to see at a "resort". I know every location has its sets of problems and I will say the good out weighed the bad. Some clean up of the campgrounds and fresh gravel will go a long way for the extra star.
