We stayed here for several days in July. The site was nice and flat, large enough for a big tent. Water and electric were conveniently located. The private bathrooms/showers looked like they were recently renovated, but in the sweltering summer heat they had very little air circulation and felt like humid steam room hot boxes. The waterpark was fun but they were only running one slide at a time, which made for a long line. Most of the interactive features of the lazy river were disabled, but the giant water cannon was so cool. The splash pad section is VERY cool. Some of the lifeguards had a bad attitude and were quite rude. The activities and crafts, character meet ups, tractor ride and laser tag were fun. Most of the staff were very friendly. Overall this was a very nice campground and we really enjoyed it!

Park is very large, lots going on. Halloween weekend was a lot of fun. The park needs to do a better job with people speeding!!! Gets out of hand sometimes. Would stay again but for the price I do expect it all to be handled correctly.

This is the 28th year we’ve been Halloween camping at jellystone, we as a family enjoy the fall experience. However the past two years the bathrooms ( especially near the camp store) are horrendous! Toilets stopped up and just downright disgusting! The bathhouses near the dog park weren’t much better, we do have a bathroom in our camper , but when you’re out walking and need to use the campground facilities and can’t .It’s very disappointing to see how others can ruin it for you, and that they aren’t regularly maintained by the staff. I believe it may be children allowed to roam the campground without supervision and up to no good. Maybe they should be locked during certain hours to alleviate this situation.

The location of the campground was great! Our family enjoyed the water park and cruising around the grounds on a golf cart. We arrived on firework night, and it was a great show! A major setback to our experience was the cabin. The mattress that was in the main room was so uncomfortable. You could feel every spring and the mattress was sunken in a good amount. My husband and I woke in pain throughout each night. The bathroom was another issue. While I understand this is camping, I don't think the bathroom floor Should have black mold. We felt it necessary to cover our feet while indoors, otherwise the bottom of our feet would be disgusting. Upon reaching out after our visit, the campground wasn't much help. They apologized, however, offered no compensation.

First time here. Park seems to be on the older side and could use some updating. Kids enjoyed themselves. Stayed in a cabin. It was adequate but could have been a little cleaner. Rented a cabana for a day. Nice to get out of the sun but not worth the cost. The cabana definitely lacked on cleanliness. Disappointed with canteen. Placed an order that they somehow forgot about. Over 20 minutes to get our order and they were not busy. Kudos to the staff as they promptly and appropriately handled some kids that tried to take my son’s bike. They don’t tolerate nonsense. Would stay again.
