We stayed here for several days in July. The site was nice and flat, large enough for a big tent. Water and electric were conveniently located. The private bathrooms/showers looked like they were recently renovated, but in the sweltering summer heat they had very little air circulation and felt like humid steam room hot boxes. The waterpark was fun but they were only running one slide at a time, which made for a long line. Most of the interactive features of the lazy river were disabled, but the giant water cannon was so cool. The splash pad section is VERY cool. Some of the lifeguards had a bad attitude and were quite rude. The activities and crafts, character meet ups, tractor ride and laser tag were fun. Most of the staff were very friendly. Overall this was a very nice campground and we really enjoyed it!

Park is very large, lots going on. Halloween weekend was a lot of fun. The park needs to do a better job with people speeding!!! Gets out of hand sometimes. Would stay again but for the price I do expect it all to be handled correctly.

This is the 28th year we’ve been Halloween camping at jellystone, we as a family enjoy the fall experience. However the past two years the bathrooms ( especially near the camp store) are horrendous! Toilets stopped up and just downright disgusting! The bathhouses near the dog park weren’t much better, we do have a bathroom in our camper , but when you’re out walking and need to use the campground facilities and can’t .It’s very disappointing to see how others can ruin it for you, and that they aren’t regularly maintained by the staff. I believe it may be children allowed to roam the campground without supervision and up to no good. Maybe they should be locked during certain hours to alleviate this situation.

The location of the campground was great! Our family enjoyed the water park and cruising around the grounds on a golf cart. We arrived on firework night, and it was a great show! A major setback to our experience was the cabin. The mattress that was in the main room was so uncomfortable. You could feel every spring and the mattress was sunken in a good amount. My husband and I woke in pain throughout each night. The bathroom was another issue. While I understand this is camping, I don't think the bathroom floor Should have black mold. We felt it necessary to cover our feet while indoors, otherwise the bottom of our feet would be disgusting. Upon reaching out after our visit, the campground wasn't much help. They apologized, however, offered no compensation.

First time here. Park seems to be on the older side and could use some updating. Kids enjoyed themselves. Stayed in a cabin. It was adequate but could have been a little cleaner. Rented a cabana for a day. Nice to get out of the sun but not worth the cost. The cabana definitely lacked on cleanliness. Disappointed with canteen. Placed an order that they somehow forgot about. Over 20 minutes to get our order and they were not busy. Kudos to the staff as they promptly and appropriately handled some kids that tried to take my son’s bike. They don’t tolerate nonsense. Would stay again.

My family had a fun weekend here in May 2025. Our young kids loved the splash pad, lazy river, jumping pad, and playgrounds. We stayed in a pine forest cabin, which was really well-maintained and in a location near the main attractions. All of the staff we interacted with - at the pool, ticket hut, check-in, and campfire canteen - were all great, answering questions and providing great service and safety during our stay.

My family has been camping here for 11+ years for Easter annually; and always have a good time! Over the years amenities have been added (ninja warrior course, laser tag, archery) all have only enhanced the kids experience. (And the adults love it too!)

We spent a week here in May 2024 and I cannot express how much we loved it. The staff was incredible, the resort is tucked away so you feel like you have complete privacy and peace. While we stayed in our RV, a friend of ours rented a cabin and we were impressed by the amenities and comfort of them. If we decided to do a weekend away, a cabin will surely be something we consider. One thing to mention is while we were there, we did have an issue with a neighboring RV and we raised it to the attention of management. They handled it with urgency, professionalism, and transparency. We greatly appreciated how hard everyone works to keep the children and families safe while on vacation.

We had a ‘beary’ good time in Jellystone park. We stayed in the Rangers Retreat cabin which was quite spacious to comfortably accommodate 4 families. The Hot tub feature is great so the kids didn’t miss the water park not being open at the time. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy and entertained. Check in and checkout was seamless. The staff was kind enough to promptly answer all of our questions on email. Would love to go back soon!

My family and I love going to Jellystone Park! There's plenty to do for us adults & the kids. It's not a huge park, which we love so it's safe for the kids to ride their scooters & bikes. My parents love riding their bikes through the park also. I personally love the lazy river. They always have events going on, most are free with your stay. Staff is friendly and the park very peaceful & reasonably priced.

I would definitely recommend this campground to anyone. To start the staff goes above and beyond, very friendly and helpful. Compared to other campgrounds it is pricey but it is well worth it. Only complaint I have is the premium sites are small and very close to one another.

We stayed this past weekend (Friday November 12-Sunday November 15) for the first time. We had such a great time and there was so much to do - Ninja obstacle course, putt putt, archery tag, gem mining, painting crafts, hayride. I’m sure I’m forgetting something - but there was never a dull moment for 3 families and 7 kids. The staff was really welcoming and kind - especially the operations manager Mike who escorted us in and took time to answer all of our questions. We kept running into him throughout the weekend and each time, he was friendly, warm and enthusiastic about our stay. We can’t wait to come back and experience this place in the summer!

This was a great weekend trip. The staff is very helpful and there is tons of activites for the kids. The cabin was amazing and it was pretty cozy. The only downside was if you rent the cabin you basically have to bring everything and I literally mean everything that you'd need from bed sheets to the stuff for the bathroom. But it was a fun time for sure.

We were here in mid-September and had a great time! The weather was still warm enough to enjoy the water attractions. The kids could have spent all day at the splash pad. The crafts were fun. During the rocket launch, two staff members did a count down over a radio for each kid! The park was also very clean. The campfire pit was cleaned out before we got there, and trash was picked up from sites quickly. Our only complaint was the firewood delivery. We ordered it as soon as we got there, but waited over an hour even after going down to remind the staff. I understand they were busy, but I wish we could have picked it up ourselves or ordered ahead of time! As with any Jellystone, this campground is geared toward families with children. It's pricier than other campgrounds, but the price is worth it if you take advantage of all the amenities.
