Checked in to a "new" Cindy Bear Cabin on Monday for a 3 night stay. Upon entering the cabin you could tell it had not had a deep clean since it had been built. The ceiling fan in the living room had an inch of dust on the blades and build up in the light cage, the window sill above the door with the large window had dust chunks hanging off the edge, and the general area had plenty of dirt that could have probably been wiped away. My daughter started opening cabinets to look around and when she opened the cabinet under the main sink she saw a mouse in the trash can. It was alive. Whoever stayed in the cabinet prior had missed the trash can with a candy wrapper, which would have not been there had the cabin been cleaned, and the mouse had been all over that cabinet leaving droppings. I removed the trash can and threw the mouse outside. I swept the cabinet clean. I looked under the other cabinets and found that the single basin sink also had mouse droppings in it We were leaving for dinner in Estes, so I decided to stop by the office to inform them. I asked for them to go by the cabinet and please clean the trash can, as it had droppings in the bottom, and replace the broom and dustpan that I had used to remove the droppings. The girl called maintenance right away, which was nice ... But, finding the mouse, the condition of the cabinet, and the uncomfortable level of the pull-out mattress in the couch made it so my children did not want to stay. My 5 year-old that only weighs 48 pounds was complaining that she could feel the metal bars under the mattress ... so thats poor quality there. We ended up leaving that night at 10pm to drive back to our house in Milliken. We did have reservations at RMNP the next morning so we drove back up, went into the cabin to remove the little trash we had put in the can and went to the office to check out. When I removed the trash liner I saw mouse droppings in the bottom of the can ... so that was never cleaned, like I asked for. I talked to the girl behind the counter about getting a refund for the 2 additional nights we were not going to stay. She could not do anything so she called the Site Manager. He listened to my story but seemed very uninterested. He said my problem was for a lady named Kelly, who was the General Manager, and she would call me later in the week. I heard nothing, so I called back Friday morning to only get a recording and left a message. It is now the following Thursday and I still have not received a call. I made another follow up call only to get the same voice recording ......... unfortunate. Pictures posted are from the morning after we went back to find additional mouse droppings under the cabinet and the ones in the trash can that were not cleaned out ... As a local business owner in Colorado I am quite disappointed in the lack of service provided by this company. I really was looking forward to showing my children a nice week ... now I'm just out $750 for a cabin I never stayed in

We stayed here recently. When we first got there the power box wasn't working for the 30 amp but thank you to Joe he got us a converter. I had a really hard time finding the bathroom at night that first night. It was pitch dark and there wasn't a clear sign to see or lights for a Pathway. We were just told theres a path by the blue truck. Took me 20 minutes to find that path again no clear sign to tell you its there. My daughter had a blast at the playgrounds and the blob. I enjoyed the dirty soda I got. I highly recommend that. It was great to see Yogi driving around on a golf cart. It was just sad we were leaving so we couldn't get out to get a picture with him. We will be back. I do highly recommend finding the bathroom path during the day so you know where it is at night.

Took our camper to Jellystone as a last minute getaway with our (almost) two year old and we had the best time! There are so many activities to do everyday, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, it was very clean, and it’s just a short drive to the main town area! We will definitely be coming back. Our son had a blast and so did we! Highly recommend, especially if you have littles!

We had the most wonderful stay at Jellystone Yogi Bear Park in Estes Park, CO—truly an experience our family will never forget. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out as absolutely top tier. Every team member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality, and it made all the difference. The park itself is beautiful and incredibly well maintained, surrounded by the peaceful charm of Estes Park. It strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxation—plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged, while still offering a calm, scenic environment for the whole family to unwind. It’s truly one of those unique places where you can slow down, reconnect, and just enjoy being together. What really made the trip unforgettable were the memories we created as a family. From the laughter-filled days to the quiet, peaceful moments, it felt like a true getaway in every sense. And the highlight? A birthday visit from Yogi Bear himself! It was such a thoughtful and magical touch that made the celebration extra special—something we’ll be talking about for years to come. If you’re looking for a kid-friendly destination that combines fun, relaxation, and exceptional service, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here dry camping opening week. The kids had a lot of fun with the onsite activities. The park was really well maintained and the bathroom and showers were very clean. We rented a golf cart which was really fun and handy for many trips to the play areas. Kelly and the gentleman onsite went above and beyond to make our stay great. Kelly opened the store late for a late evening kid urgency and was so gracious. I highly recommend!
