Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Of Estes
Eric Clinton
Checked in to a "new" Cindy Bear Cabin on Monday for a 3 night stay. Upon entering the cabin you could tell it had not had a deep clean since it had been built. The ceiling fan in the living room had an inch of dust on the blades and build up in the light cage, the window sill above the door with the large window had dust chunks hanging off the edge, and the general area had plenty of dirt that could have probably been wiped away. My daughter started opening cabinets to look around and when she opened the cabinet under the main sink she saw a mouse in the trash can. It was alive. Whoever stayed in the cabinet prior had missed the trash can with a candy wrapper, which would have not been there had the cabin been cleaned, and the mouse had been all over that cabinet leaving droppings. I removed the trash can and threw the mouse outside. I swept the cabinet clean. I looked under the other cabinets and found that the single basin sink also had mouse droppings in it We were leaving for dinner in Estes, so I decided to stop by the office to inform them. I asked for them to go by the cabinet and please clean the trash can, as it had droppings in the bottom, and replace the broom and dustpan that I had used to remove the droppings. The girl called maintenance right away, which was nice ... But, finding the mouse, the condition of the cabinet, and the uncomfortable level of the pull-out mattress in the couch made it so my children did not want to stay. My 5 year-old that only weighs 48 pounds was complaining that she could feel the metal bars under the mattress ... so thats poor quality there. We ended up leaving that night at 10pm to drive back to our house in Milliken. We did have reservations at RMNP the next morning so we drove back up, went into the cabin to remove the little trash we had put in the can and went to the office to check out. When I removed the trash liner I saw mouse droppings in the bottom of the can ... so that was never cleaned, like I asked for. I talked to the girl behind the counter about getting a refund for the 2 additional nights we were not going to stay. She could not do anything so she called the Site Manager. He listened to my story but seemed very uninterested. He said my problem was for a lady named Kelly, who was the General Manager, and she would call me later in the week. I heard nothing, so I called back Friday morning to only get a recording and left a message. It is now the following Thursday and I still have not received a call. I made another follow up call only to get the same voice recording ......... unfortunate. Pictures posted are from the morning after we went back to find additional mouse droppings under the cabinet and the ones in the trash can that were not cleaned out ... As a local business owner in Colorado I am quite disappointed in the lack of service provided by this company. I really was looking forward to showing my children a nice week ... now I'm just out $750 for a cabin I never stayed in

We stayed here recently. When we first got there the power box wasn't working for the 30 amp but thank you to Joe he got us a converter. I had a really hard time finding the bathroom at night that first night. It was pitch dark and there wasn't a clear sign to see or lights for a Pathway. We were just told theres a path by the blue truck. Took me 20 minutes to find that path again no clear sign to tell you its there. My daughter had a blast at the playgrounds and the blob. I enjoyed the dirty soda I got. I highly recommend that. It was great to see Yogi driving around on a golf cart. It was just sad we were leaving so we couldn't get out to get a picture with him. We will be back. I do highly recommend finding the bathroom path during the day so you know where it is at night.

Took our camper to Jellystone as a last minute getaway with our (almost) two year old and we had the best time! There are so many activities to do everyday, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, it was very clean, and it’s just a short drive to the main town area! We will definitely be coming back. Our son had a blast and so did we! Highly recommend, especially if you have littles!

We had the most wonderful stay at Jellystone Yogi Bear Park in Estes Park, CO—truly an experience our family will never forget. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out as absolutely top tier. Every team member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality, and it made all the difference. The park itself is beautiful and incredibly well maintained, surrounded by the peaceful charm of Estes Park. It strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxation—plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged, while still offering a calm, scenic environment for the whole family to unwind. It’s truly one of those unique places where you can slow down, reconnect, and just enjoy being together. What really made the trip unforgettable were the memories we created as a family. From the laughter-filled days to the quiet, peaceful moments, it felt like a true getaway in every sense. And the highlight? A birthday visit from Yogi Bear himself! It was such a thoughtful and magical touch that made the celebration extra special—something we’ll be talking about for years to come. If you’re looking for a kid-friendly destination that combines fun, relaxation, and exceptional service, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here dry camping opening week. The kids had a lot of fun with the onsite activities. The park was really well maintained and the bathroom and showers were very clean. We rented a golf cart which was really fun and handy for many trips to the play areas. Kelly and the gentleman onsite went above and beyond to make our stay great. Kelly opened the store late for a late evening kid urgency and was so gracious. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! Cabin was very clean, smoke free, very well maintained park. We brought kids ages 1 to 12 and there was something for everyone. 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed two nights because we loved Estes Park so much. The campground was clean, family-friendly, and full of fun for the kids. Our site was quiet, spacious, and right by the forest. Nothing to complain about—would gladly come back!

Fantastic place! My family had a 4-day reunion here with relatives coming from out of state, and everything was great. The staff was welcoming, the cabins were cozy and comfortable, and the whole property was peaceful and quiet. Being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park was a huge bonus. We made great memories here and will definitely be back!

We stayed at Jellystone for two nights in one of their cabins. The cabin was clean and well furnished. The loft area is definitely on the short side making it difficult to get in to for older adults. It was air conditioned and seemed relatively new. The location was slightly farther away from Estes Park than I would have liked but still within a few miles of the center of town. I would stay there again but better prepared the next time.

Our family had the greatest time for carnival weekend at Jellystone park. This was our end of the summer family trip and it didn't disappoint. We went swimming, hiking, played laser tag, bingo, cooked hot dogs and snores at our own private campfire at our family cabin and went to their carnival with games, bounce houses and obstacle course and it was so much fun. We saw two giant Bull Elk on the property as we were driving around in the evening in our golf cart so special. Thank you to Maddy in ranger station she was so helpful, Caitlin and the rest of carnival staff were so fun and the nice lady and young man that worked in "Picnic basket" cafe were very patient with my special needs kids. We can't wait to go back next year. Special thanks to Kelly for making this all happen for us.

We have been going here for years. We love it! They have lots of lodging options at different prices. The activities for the kids were great! It doesn’t have the views of Estes but this is a great price! We stayed in a basic cabin- no bathroom. The campground cabin was close and was always clean. Felt like we were still camping but had a sturdy roof when it rain or got cold at night!

We had a great stay with our small family! Lots of activities pretty much on the hour every day (we stayed over the weekend). Our 2.5 year old had a lot of fun joining in on different activities and while she didn't love the costumed Yogi and Boo Boo, she enjoyed everything else. This was a good balance of being in nature and close enough to amenities as needed. We saw elk on the property and signs of bears as to be expected, but didn't encounter them. We went into Estes Park (about 15 minutes away) for dinner or to grab takeout. Stayed in a Cindy Bear Cabin and it had everything we needed to cook and relax. Loved that the cabin was well thought out to utilize the smaller space and had outlets everywhere you'd want one. The only thing missing was a freezer and knowing this, we brought a plug in cooler with a freezer setting to have ice and frozen food on hand. The cabin was a good size and could comfortably sleep 6. The stairs to the loft were a little steep and while our toddler navigated them fine, we weren't quite comfortable with her sleeping in the loft by herself, so we shared a bed with her. We ended up having better wifi than expected and think our cabin may have been near a source signal, although this wasn't expected or important for our stay. The only thing we missed out on was swimming as it was a cooler weekend and the pool is reasonably shaded, although heated. We'll be back again!

Staff was fantastic, our kids had a blast with all the daily activities. Adults were able to adult and the kids were able to kid.

I’d consider this closer to basic living in a mountain atmosphere! Cabin was nice, bed was not, so slept on futon. Overall we enjoyed it. Staff was friendly, daughter had fun cruising around the park on a golf cart, plenty of things to do and Exceptionally close to Estes Park. Listen if you want to spend $1200 or more for three nights in Estes you can but if you want a reasonable stay that’s not breaking the bank give this place a shot! We definitely enjoyed getting back to the basics and throughly enjoyed our time together here!

We recently stayed at Jellystone Park in Estes Park, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the wide range of activities for all ages. The Halloween-themed events were a huge hit with our family—costume, trick-or-treating, spooky haunted trails, and decorating the campsite really made it feel like Halloween in September! The park itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Our kids had a blast at the playground and mini-golf course. We also enjoyed Candy Bar Bingo and making s’mores by the campfire. We had such a fantastic time that we’ve decided to make this an annual tradition to celebrate Halloween at Jellystone every September! Highly recommend this place for a fun, family-friendly camping experience!
