Our recent stay at AutoCamp Yosemite was exceptional. The service was attentive, the food was excellent, and the Airstream accommodations were impeccably clean. A truly well-managed property that delivers a high-quality guest experience

My daughter and I just got back from a perfect four night stay at AutoCamp Yosemite. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful at every turn. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and eager to assist us. We stayed in a Premium BaseCamp Suite; the tent was large, luxurious, and comfortable. The Airstream was also comfortable and clean, and supplied with everything needed for an amazing stay. We made s’mores right at the grill/fire pit at our campsite! We enjoyed daily breakfast and some delicious nightly snacks and dinner in the beautiful ClubHouse. I loved having my morning coffee at the Club House’s modern fire pit, and their live music in the evenings. I started my Saturday morning with a fantastic yoga class in the gym before heading to Yosemite National Park… AutoCamp is conveniently located about 30-40 minutes away, and only 10 minutes away from the town of Mariposa, where we shopped and dined. We were sad to check-out on our final morning. I highly recommend AutoCamp Yosemite for a peaceful stay if you want to be submerged in nature with all the amenities of a luxury hotel. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the best parts of camping and comfort blended into one. The Airstream was spotless and cozy, and the whole property was calm and intentional. From the fire pits to the main clubhouse to the small details that make you feel taken care of without it feeling fussy. The staff were warm and genuinely helpful, and everything was set up to make it easy to relax. It struck the perfect balance of nature and design, and it honestly made us fall in love with the whole AutoCamp concept. We’re already planning our next stay—maybe back here, maybe one of their other locations—but either way, this definitely won’t be our last AutoCamp trip.

Had a great stay. The facility is amazing. We had so many great encounters with the staff. Best staff of any place we’ve stayed. Nina even took time to get us directions to a hike on her phone since we didn’t have service. Plenty of fun activities planned at the clubhouse. We will definitely be back Thanks for a great stay.

Capital at its Best! I want to start by saying that I truly appreciated the unique ambiance and the airstream experience at AutoCamp Yosemite. It was the very reason my husband, our friends, and I chose this location for our getaway. Unfortunately, what could have been a memorable and restorative trip ended up highlighting capitalism at its best—prioritizing profit over the guest experience. During our stay, AutoCamp Yosemite hosted a private wedding on site, complete with a DJ blasting music at high volumes, including explicit lyrics about sex, drugs, and foul language. While I understand and respect the 10:00 pm noise policy (and yes, the music stopped promptly at 10:01 pm), the disruption leading up to that time clashed entirely with the peaceful, family-friendly, nature-focused environment AutoCamp promotes. To make matters worse, when multiple guests complained to the front desk, the response we received was essentially, “This was expected.” That type of dismissal made it clear that the comfort of paying guests had taken a back seat to the revenue brought in by hosting a private event. For us, this trip was meant to celebrate life after a friend’s survival of a major heart attack and also my birthday. Instead of finding peace and connection with nature, we were met with noise, explicit lyrics, and the realization that guest experience simply wasn’t the priority. AutoCamp Yosemite sells itself as an escape—an opportunity to unplug, unwind, and reconnect. Hosting events that undermine this promise not only impacts guest satisfaction but also risks the long-term reputation of the brand as a family-friendly destination. Capitalism at its best: a profitable night for AutoCamp, but a lost opportunity for loyal guests seeking the experience they were promised.

Not the widest spaces, but the play yard for the kids is great. Showers could be better. The shower cap is very low, and the water that's coming out of it is minimal. Also eating outside was not doable because of the wasps. Location nearby Yosemite is nice though.

Booked two nights in one of their cabins before we read any reviews so we were a little anxious about what we were going to find. To our surprise we found everything to be quite nice. The cabin was clean and pretty much had everything we needed...shelter, beds, lighting, places to hang our stuff. Bathrooms were decent and didn't seem as bad some reviews described. As far as management and staff, we never interacted face to face since our check-in and check-out was during office off hours. All in all I would probably book here again.

Great location for Yosemite. The bus picks you up at the entrance and brings you back so no driving on your part nor trying to find a parking place. The park is built on the side of a mountain but the sites are level and most are pull thru's. Enjoy. Were very disappointed in Yosemite! We went to see the water falls. They were all dry and the lake was also dry.

The amenities of this KOA site are good. The location is great right out Yosemite and I believe many people were just passing by like we did and stayed only for a night. The friendliness of the staff was not great. They did there job but not a move and hello too much. For a water and electric site without sewer the price was too high.

Beautiful setting for a campground. Lots of trees and shade. Located off of the main highway so the traffic noise is minimal. Clean facilities but please post a sign for guests not to blow their noses in the showers. That is not good. The staff was friendly. There were a lot of ants at our tent site. We only stayed for 1 night but still a lot of ants. Not too far from Yosemite Park and Village. About 7 miles from town. We wanted to stay longer but other guests had reservations so we were not able to stay. We did not have reservations for more than the 1 night. The only other issue was that we had to inflate our air mattress for sleeping so we had to carry it from the tent site down to the electric port and back to the tent site. Since then, I purchased a electric inverter adapter for our vehicle that plugs into the electric port in our van and allows us to plug anything in for normal 120 volt household use like inflating an air mattress at our campsite and in the tent rather than carrying it around the campground. There was a water faucet close by so that was a plus also. It was hot during our stay due to a heat wave so we asked about renting a cabin but was told that in the cabins without a bathroom that there was only a ceiling fan for cooling. No air conditioning. It worked out as the night air turned cool for sleeping. We would recommend this campground. One of the most attractive we have seen so far on our cross country trip for the summer. Not sure what the campgrounds policy is on tenting more than a few days to a week so be sure to ask before making reservations. Lastly, the tent sites from what we could tell are all sand or small gravel. No grass pads for tents as best as we could tell so bring a broom to sweep your tent floor.
