Stayed for the night in space 93. If you have a tall bigger rig you might ask for a spot without trees encroaching the spot as it does rub solar panels and AC. Also, the goat-head stickers in the part of the park are really bad if you have dogs. Other than that it was safe as it is gated. The lady who checked up in was wonderful and over-all a good place to stay.

Outstanding RV resort in the area! The staff is friendly and professional, and the grounds are lovely. The clubhouse is exceptional. The pricing is also competitive and you get your money's worth at this resort. Highly recommend!

This place changes the gate code and doesn’t tell any of the guests. I returned to the park after hours and was stranded outside in the cold. If you call the park emergency number, it goes straight to voicemail and you can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full. Also, you can’t exit the park without a vehicle. There is no way to exit the park on foot. There used to be an accessible gate by the pool but it is now permanently locked. I’m staying long term and very disappointed. Considering moving.

Nice and clean resort! Our go to stop when traveling through. Spots are nice and big to even hold our 70 ft rig!

Nice park. Didn’t use the amenities, but looked just fine. Right off I40 so road noise but didn’t bother us. Some grassy areas for the pups. Long pull throughs. Gates were kept locked for security. Our first time at the Ballon fest , so we found it to be about a 20 minute ride down i40 east to i25 north to the balloon fest parking off at Alameda then a few blocks to San Mateo. Definitely leave by 4 AM if you want decent parking for morning launches.

Easy in and out with a 45’ MH. Jacob and his daughter escorted us. We were in for a week before the Balloon Fiesta, so it was busy, but it didn’t feel busy. Clean, friendly, and many amenities! Laundry, store, bath room/showers, dog run, and cabins if needed. The pool and hot tub were down for the season.

This is a nice RV park, the industry is getting carried away with the use of the label, resort, however. We had their breakfast on Sat and Sun, it was quite good for 5.00. The showers are clean and the park generally maintained well. We stayed here in a 32 ft Motorhome.

Stayed here 2 nights while traveling across country. This place has seen better days. It seems that a large percentage of the people here are staying long-term. On the plus side, it was clean, the laundry was nice and everything worked, and the office was pro-active in calling us to let us know their after hours check in procedure. On the minus, the pool was very dirty, there were numerous dead trees around the grounds that needed to be removed, the pavement and curbs were in bad shape, and the electrical at the site was sketchy (they installed a metal piece across the 20 amp circuit that physically prevented it from tripping 😬 )

The staff was incredibly helpful. We had a rental unit that had a couple of issues and they went above and beyond to help us. Only problem we had was that the pool wasn't open for us to use at all during our stay and we were REALLY looking forward to using the pool

Nice park. Two sections. Old section roads a bit rough. Water taps in a box underground, making connections a royal pain. New section very nice.

We pulled in after long drive from AZ (left at 9:30). Got here 5:15... not a sole in site. Our site was too short (we stuck out on both ends) I had wanted to ask about moving to larger site. Then we noticed that out site was surrounded by Ant Colonies!.. Ants all over!!! Tried to call number and only emergency number given, mail box was full, not accepting any calls... Mngr on site/ no answer. No mnt workers or any one on site! But you can leave a message and they'll call you in the morning.. We'll be long gone, can't wait to leave.

We have stayed here twice and we love how maintained it is, the staff is always so helpful and truly love that it’s gated. Hands down the best in Albuquerque. Great for passing through or for work.

Arrived last month for long term stay while working here in Rio Rancho Area. Service is great! The Staff is terrific and professional. Jalynn (sp) is awesome. She’s always helpful and kind. Plus she does a great job getting my Tanks filled. We just started getting a Food truck on the premises which is nice and the food is good. Place is clean. Little tight for some of the bigger RV’s but doable.

They don’t care about customer, their Washer and Drayer just get your coins no work ! when I went to office the lady said these are leased and we are not responsible for them ! I believe that this is absolutely wrong, I am the RV park customer and they had to.resolve my problem. Unfortunately I have to stay here 3 more days and will never come back.

Nice clean park. Showers and bathrooms clean and not old. The only concern I had were the huge curbs on either side of my site. I was worried pulling out my rear wheels would get clipped by the high curbs. I made it out ok but wonder who the curbs were there to help. May stay again with site selection. 45’ Class A
