We pulled in after long drive from AZ (left at 9:30). Got here 5:15... not a sole in site. Our site was too short (we stuck out on both ends) I had wanted to ask about moving to larger site. Then we noticed that out site was surrounded by Ant Colonies!.. Ants all over!!! Tried to call number and only emergency number given, mail box was full, not accepting any calls... Mngr on site/ no answer. No mnt workers or any one on site! But you can leave a message and they'll call you in the morning.. We'll be long gone, can't wait to leave.

We have stayed here twice and we love how maintained it is, the staff is always so helpful and truly love that it’s gated. Hands down the best in Albuquerque. Great for passing through or for work.

Arrived last month for long term stay while working here in Rio Rancho Area. Service is great! The Staff is terrific and professional. Jalynn (sp) is awesome. She’s always helpful and kind. Plus she does a great job getting my Tanks filled. We just started getting a Food truck on the premises which is nice and the food is good. Place is clean. Little tight for some of the bigger RV’s but doable.

They don’t care about customer, their Washer and Drayer just get your coins no work ! when I went to office the lady said these are leased and we are not responsible for them ! I believe that this is absolutely wrong, I am the RV park customer and they had to.resolve my problem. Unfortunately I have to stay here 3 more days and will never come back.

Nice clean park. Showers and bathrooms clean and not old. The only concern I had were the huge curbs on either side of my site. I was worried pulling out my rear wheels would get clipped by the high curbs. I made it out ok but wonder who the curbs were there to help. May stay again with site selection. 45’ Class A

We spent 4 months here. The rv park is clean and well maintained. Showers and bathrooms are clean. The staff left something to be desired. My biggest complaint is that they have these loud speakers throughout the park that they use to communicate during the day. Nightshift workers beware!! This is not ideal for sleeping during the day. Walkie talkie’s would be much more appropriate. It is a little removed from everything. It’s close to the highway so you will hear that at night. After a week we were used to it.

The night we pulled in our information was not available for our reservation (made it eight months in advance). After speaking with and getting disconnected three times with your 800 number, being left out in the heat as well as in the dark we called and spoke with your emergency maintenance man. He provided the gate code and a spot for us for the night. Half way through the night the power stopped working...essentially we paid for a parking spot. The next morning we went to the office, after a 20 minute wait we were told that we needed to move to make way for someone else that reserved that spot (horrible customer service after screwing up our reservation). Additionally, "due to COVID" the park did not have enough staff to operate any of the amenities NOT EVEN BASIC amenities like the bathrooms and showers (we stayed in four other RV parks during that week, not one of them used the "COVID excuse" to not provide what was paid for). We were then moved to another spot and again the power went out...this time we called the emergency maintenance man and we were told regardless of the 85 degree heat, that maybe it would be fixed that night but most likely not; again not even offering the most basic customer service of providing a spot that had working electricity. So again for a second night we essentially paid for a parking spot. Out of our entire cross country trip this reservation was the only one to allow us to pay for an experience at your park and not even deliver what we could have done for free in a Walmart parking lot. As a business owner myself, I found it completely unprofessional to advertise services that you knowingly could not provide, and disparaging that this business would be so willing to take our money and not take the most basic of customer service steps of having someone reach out to inform us of the lack of basic services available. Request a refund, got zero response.

We did a one night stay here on the west side of Albuquerque. Clean, pleasant and right off the highway. Good if you're just driving through or spending a day or two in the area. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
