My family and I have stayed here a couple of times and really enjoyed it. The resort is well managed and river access is convenient. The river frontage is kept clean and the rules and management obviously reinforces this. The pool and spa are nice if you want to enjoy the amenities. -We have rented one of the tiny home cabins - the fitted sheet was sideways on the bed, and the European workers chain smoked cigs in between turnovers which was annoying considering we were hanging out on the grass 15-20 ft away down wind, and we have kids and don’t smoke. That was the only con. We have been happy to stay and may return in the future. Thank you!

We only spent one night here this time, but plan on coming back with the family next time. The only problem we had was with the tree in site 6. It needs to be trimmed back so that it doesn't interfere with slide outs or year up the roof of the RV. My husband had to climb on top of the RV to push the branches off the roof when we pulled in. And we had to pull out before being able to retract the slide. Other than that, the place is very well kept, the beach on the river is awesome, the laundry room is great. Even though there are folks living here full time, it is not junky and cluttered like in some places. It is also gated, which provides a level of safety.

We had a wonderful stay at Arizona Oasis RV Park! When we first arrived, Airbnb had charged us for our entire stay but only reserved us for half of the days we booked. We were pretty stressed, but Carla in customer service took care of everything. She was an absolute 10 out of 10! She made the entire process so easy, fixed the issue without any hassle, and even upgraded us to a much better cabin. Our cabin was beautiful, and being right on the river made the stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. My husband is a firefighter/paramedic and was the one who recommended Arizona Oasis RV Park. He definitely picked a great place! Thank you again, Carla, for going above and beyond for us. Your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service made all the difference. We truly appreciate everything you did and can’t wait to come back!

We recently visited family members who have their RV parked at Arizona Oasis RV Resort, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Colorado River and beautiful scenery all around. The bathrooms and shower facilities were impressively clean every time we used them, which made a big difference during our stay. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One of my favorite things about the resort was the clubhouse. They offer activities every evening that bring everyone together, and there was truly something for all ages to enjoy. It created a fun, family-friendly atmosphere and made the resort feel like a real community.

The staff at Arizona Oasis were extremely welcoming. Jael and Carla were so sweet. They went over all the amenities they offer. The park offers fun daily activities for adults and children. The park is so peaceful and relaxing. We got to fish, bike ride, roast s'mores down by the river, and went swimming in the pool. The stay was packed with things to do and memories were made. The park is very well maintained and clean. Thank you Carla, Jael and the rest of the staff!

This was our first visit to Arizona Oasis RV resort and I must say we really enjoyed it. We stayed on the riverfront in space 59. The space between each unit was roomie. The riverfront location was awesome, and just a short walk down to the river. Check-in was a breeze, and we look forward to coming back. We highly recommend choosing this RV resort!

What a fantastic place to unwind for a few days. My husband, son (3), pup, and I so enjoyed our four day stay. Everyone was so friendly and my son loved their activities , like rock painting. The grounds were clean and very dog friendly. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. We will certainly be back. ❤️

I cannot recommend it enough! We have been at AZO in our camper for about 4 months and counting, we have loved it!! Everything from the staff being happy, helpful, and so welcoming. The facilities are always cleaned up and proper throughout the day, along with the gorgeous relaxing river front beach! They have a playground and swings and a water slide (in summer) our little one LOVES. Jael has been amazing to work with and hosts fun monthly activities for everyone to enjoy and meet others! If you’re looking for a spot to have a relaxing getaway, family get together, or traveling through; AZO is the place for you!

Nice relaxing quiet RV park with great amenities. Jael is very sweet and super informative about the area. Very clean and well taken care of Park. A lot of friendly guests. Dog friendly, Great beach area! Decent fishing. Spectacular Sunsets. Will definitely be back every winter!

We just moved here December 1st and I am in love! First just let me say all of the staff are friendly and so helpful! The employee over the activities, Jael, she is amazing to say the least! We first meet Jael at the town trunk or treat. She politely asked if we were new to the area and she began telling us all the different things Arizona Oasis RV Park does for their residents. I was very intrigued by the events they host throughout the year. I have my daughter and 2 grandchildren that live with us permanently and it seems they have activities for all ages. So after discussing it my husband and I, we decided we would make the move and give the Oasis a try. It is important to us to be able to mingle and get to know people. The last park we were at offered no social activities at all. The park may have been cheaper but you pay for what you get, and feeling like you’re part of something or that you belong is important to us. We just attended our first park hosted activity since we move and it was great! Our girls made Christmas cards, had cookies and hot chocolate, while watching the Grinch! This weekend will be pictures and breakfast with Santa! They also have for us older folks karaoke every Saturday night, Bingo once a week, Taco trucks and more! If you are looking for a place to make a home this is definitely the place!

My husband and I rented a riverfront cabinet, upon arrival costumer service was friendly and helpful checking us in. There were was a mix up with the rental, however got them resolved. The cabinet itself was dirty, bathroom, sheet seem old. window blinds broken and dirty. Overall the riverfront was amazing due the cleanliness did not make this a five star stay.

All of the events hosted in the center next to the showers are always so much fun. We painted pots today from one to three which allowed us to get out of the sun for a good family friendly event. I love the event coordinator. She is so sweet and genuinely cares about how everybody is doing And if they’re enjoying themselves. What a great place to spend the weekend

Beautiful camp grounds! The views and sunsets are amazing. The facilities are well kept and very clean. Spaces are very easy to park your equipment. Great spot for the traveling worker or vacationing family. The staff are very accommodating and more than helpful. Highly recommend.

Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps your authentic voice while making it flow smoothly: --- Review: My wife and I rented a Riverview park model. Check-in was friendly, but the unit itself was dirty enough that I recorded a walk-through on video before moving our luggage inside, just to protect against any charges. During our stay, I saw a large cockroach, and we were inundated with bugs and spider webs in the upper loft. The grounds are somewhat maintained, but definitely feel tired, with broken sprinklers and patchy landscaping. All in all, we kept a positive attitude and made the best of it, but I’ll probably stay at the new resort next door the next time we visit. One last note: I was also charged an extra $50 for my 10-lb lapdog, which felt excessive given the overall condition of the unit

I’ve been to Pirates Cove and other locations, but this location is very clean very friendly even though we came with a few rowdy people the complex the resort were very accommodating the rooms wow they’re banging. The beach area is amazing. The bonfire area banging this spot is a Hidden gem From the time we got there to the time we left to the end of the night every night for a few days we were there the staff the environment was amazing I would definitely be back kid friendly. The pool area is a blast. They let you have your little party without interrupting you. The restrooms are clean when it’s time to go. It’s time to go but they let you go over 30 minutes here and there well worth it I’ll never go back to pirate Cove they could keep their bar in their restaurant. This place is better.
