Arizona Oasis RV Resort

2 weeks ago we traveled along the Colorado River and checked out a few places near Blythe regarding a monthly spot for our Trailer/Camper. We're giving here a 5 Star review because of several facts. We've been looking for a place to keep our RV-Trailer over the summer for a while now, - checked in for a visit on their camp site and discovered that it is a very clean and nice place to spend the summer. We allowed ourselves to go down to the river, stepped in the water and talked to friendly families with kids. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxed, so we decided to return after getting some food in the area. Again we entered the lobby and talked to the staff at the lobby to maybe have the opportunity to stay the night. Coincidentally no cabin was available for the night, but they offered us a space right by the water with full hookup for a discounted price. The staff/ ladies in the office were incredibly helpful to accommodate us for the night. Knowing that the only option would have been to stay at a hotel nearby, we've received an overnight and day pass with access to the pool, showers and all other amenities. To give so much effort towards us just before closing time, was seriously a blessing. I want to give a shout out to the ladies in the office...... Thank you for the bottles of water as well. Great job, we will return.

We’ve visited Arizona RV Oasis many times over the years and fell in love with the location so much that we decided it would be the perfect place for our wedding. While the property had different management in the past, the new team has completely turned things around—in the best way. From the moment we arrived for our planning visit and began finalizing our wedding details, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Danny and Karla went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Danny gave us a tour in his golf cart, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch, and both he and Karla were incredibly kind, patient, and informative throughout the entire experience. The property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and truly peaceful. The warmth and professionalism of the staff put us completely at ease and made us even more excited and confident about hosting our special day here. We’re so grateful to the new management and team for restoring this place to its full potential. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-run getaway—or even a unique spot to celebrate something special!

Seven years ago, we stayed at the Arizona oasis and returned last weekend with our new RV. Since our last visit they had installed several Park models, tiny homes and it looks like there are several people that are permanent residence. Kind of changed the vibe a little, but the super friendly, helpful staff and amazing location right on the river Overlooked all of those things. We will definitely come back for a night or two.

My husband Our 2 children just recently moved here for work, with our daughter her husband and their 3 babies. Jaer, The coordinator here at the Arizona Oasis Resort is absolutely amazing for putting on Mother’s Day brunch. And also the park is clean, has everything you need. Great place to live or visit.

My husband, 3 little boys & I stay here while my husband is working. We absolutely love this little community. I say it’s a community because they make you feel so welcome. We attended the Mother’s day event in the clubhouse and it was so cute and a fun get away for us mamas!!

Stayed here first night in my new rv. Incredible site backed up to the river. Great sunset. Grounds were clean and well kept. Showers were clean and hot. Lady who took my reservation was very helpful and nice. Going to come back to stay longer.

Luckily for me, I met the onsite managers or the "gets it done " couple from this lower Colorado' River Resort. Awesome folks with a slice of heaven all around them. Park Models and more !!!

We stayed in the cabin that slept 10 ppl . It was one of the neatest experiences. The cabin was so cute and neat . The park is very dog/cat/people friendly. They had karaoke night going on . Pool was nice . We were able to bbq right in front of our cabin. the restrooms/showers are very close and well kept. Will definitely stay again with my family . Priced very well!

Arrived here after hours without a reservation and luckily got a “standard” site for an overnight stay. Somewhat narrow asphalt aisles on sloped area but still easy to navigate through to clean, well-spaced, and mostly level slot. Small but nice fenced dog yard nearby. Not sure how nearby parks compare, but we would certainly consider staying here again for a future overnight stay.

Nice park friendly. Price a hair high but time of season it is understandable. The took care of us.

I worked as a camp host and loved my job. I really enjoyed the guests and helping them. Unfortunately management changed and the new resort director has no management or people skills. It caused a lot of dissent within the staff and a lot of good staff members left, including myself. Guests were made to pack and move to different sites and were lied to when they questioned it. Packing up and moving any large rig is a lot of work. So many guests were considering leaving but would not be refunded so they are stuck. Rule #1..never lie to your guests. They are your bread and butter. Not a good experience.

Tell it like it is. First the staff are great. Park location bad. Dusty unpaved sites and roads. Sites are to close. Sorry WiFi. Sorry phone reception. There is nothing in Ehrenberg. Laundry is to expensive but clean. No propane anywhere near and the mail needs some improvements. Maybe a table to put packages on not on the floor and in some more organized manner. Just across the River you come into California and here you find the most unfriendliness people I have ever come into contact with. This was my first and last time I visit this area. But as always the RVers where like RVers are. Friendly and interesting. And lest I forget. The whole area including the state and Calif area looks depressed and rundown. The roads and highways are a washboard. Terrible driving on. Wasted tax payer taxes. Fix the damn roads. Like I said my first and last time there. Trash along the freeways looks like you are in a third world country. What a sorry area to call home.

Big shout to Kelli, Shannon and Marcia! They are amazing and so helpful with every detail, and truly made us feel SO welcome! This place is amazing, neat as a pin. Pool was awesome (heated), access to the river and the beach is so easy. Beach volleyball court, hammocks and a fire pit are set up perfectly. Off-road riding is a big thing for us, and there is a great riding area nearby. In a nutshell, this place is a gem, the people are awesome, we are coming back as soon as we can!

This really is an oasis and the staff here is not only friendly and helpful but they make sure that everyone is happy and getting everything they need to have a memorable stay. I know I can’t forget their hospitality. The park itself was not only beautiful but it had a really nice design and was nicely maintained. The amenities gave us everything we needed for the duration of our stay and they offer some nice activities that were fun for the whole family. I personally enjoyed taking a stroll with my family and just gazing at the beautilful nature that surrounded the park. It really was a great location, not for the scenery but for everything that you can get to in a short drive! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Formerly Colorado River Oasis Our Visits 4/2008, 11/16/2009, 3/12-3/19/2012, 2/5-2/7/2014, 9/18/2014, 11/30/2014, 4/6/2016 2016 Update - The resort is now a non-member park but still accepts our Coast to Coast membership, now charging $15 per night with NO additional charges. In November 2013 the Manthei family purchased the park, they own Sky Valley and Caliente Springs in the Desert Hot Springs area. There does not seem to be many changes, still maintained well kept with lots of activities going on. The staff is priceless and we would still highly recommend it and we would stay here again if we are ever in the area. They now have a new restaurant, the River Shack located in the clubhouse where we had the Blue Moon Burger that was awesome and the fries were fabulous. They make everything by scratch and it shows in the great taste. Our first visit in 2008 was a complimentary 4 night stay with a 90-minute tour scheduled during our stay. This is part of the WHR private membership and we are now able to utilize our Coast to Coast membership for our stays. In 2012 we paid $10 per night with no additional 50amp or cable charges for a water, electric, sewer, flat, gravel, back in site with a concrete pad patio. The sites were a good size for us. On our first visit we had our Jeep which took some manipulating to make it all fit. We noticed many other toad vehicles parked on empty sites which could cause complications of incoming guests. Our Verizon phones and MiFi worked great here. Very well maintained park right on the Colorado River which on this visit did not have much activity on it, during our visit in 2008 it was noisy all day with constant watercraft noise. The pool and spa was fabulous, clean and the perfect temperature. Doing laundry was nice because they had a lounge area with puzzles and a television. The only issue was there were several out of order machines which made our chore more time consuming. They had lots of activities which we did partake in a few and had a blast. This is one of those parks where there is a lot of participation in the activities and we can see why. We attended Bingo and Karaoke and fun was had by one and all. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here as long as they continue honoring Coast to Coast.
