Passing through the area and found this place. Right off hwy 65. Convenient location, clean. Very nice staff, accommodating. Showers/bathrooms were spotless. Free coffee (very good). We’d definitely return.

Half way stop on way to beach camping. Nice, clean place. Decent spot, easy to get in and out. Staff in the office was very helpful.

The place is super accessible and the customer service is great. It is quiet and super silent at night. During the day, the landscape is just amazing. Kids have great fun here and so adults!!!!!!

Second time there. Very nice, quiet campground with the family in mind. Easy access from the highway. Wonderful staff. Pool, Gazebos, Dog Park, Propane and very nice sites. Great CG for an overnight on the way elsewhere or a stay to explore the area.

We were absolutely spoiled at Birmingham South. We did a monthly stay for a job contract for 4 months. It is super dog friendly with 2 exercise areas and doggy bags/disposal bins all over the park, and treats at the front desk. The front office workers were as friendly as could be. The laundry, shower, and restrooms were well maintained. The location was so close to Oak Mountain State Park and plenty of restaurants, and a nearby free dog park. Would 100% recommend this RV park. P.S. They go all out with their holiday decorations!

Great location. Friendly people. Easy to deal with. They even escort you to your site. Couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely plan another stay, but a little longer next time. Thank you very much ladies. Update: New visit Same results. Need to add a big thank you also to Jacob. We sure appreciated that extra hour!!.

This RV park was great for our overnight stay, and would be great for longer stays. Facilities were very clean. This place is well taken care of and people behind the counter were helpful and so courteous. We will stop again and will recommend this park to others.

Every year as part of our journey south on the way down and the way home in the spring we stay here. We have always enjoyed each time we stay here, clean, and quiet and right off of route 65, so easy off and in the morning easy to get your trip rolling again. Thank You Birmingham South RV Park for helping to get me South and back home safely.

Stayed overnight on a trip from Kentucky to Florida. Staff was friendly and they escorted us to our spot. Spot was level and long enough for our 30 ft. motorhome and and car on tow dolly. Will definitely stay here again.

This RV park was perfect for us. We are traveling from northern states to Florida when we had a mechanical issue. We stayed here for 4 nights and never regretted a minute of it. The sites are well laid out, the location to stores and everything you need are only a few minutes away. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, informative, helpful and made sure your needs were being met. The bathroom was beyond exceptionally clean as was the laundry area. The only detriment and we consider it to me minor was some local traffic noise and a train that passes by the area at times. Basically background noise. You can not control the environment and this place makes sure to make up for that little inconvenience with its service, location and friendliness. We will be stopping on on way home in the spring...

This campground is the best! It’s located right off the highway. It’s VERY CLEAN! The bathhouse is one of the best we’ve been to, especially for families. The staff went above and beyond for us and helped with all our needs. The sites are very nice. We loved that it was all decorated for the holiday also! We would love to come back during warmer weather to use the pool! Highly recommend this campground.

I stayed at Birmingham South RV Park from Sept-Dec and was impressed by the grounds, services and staff! CLEAN is an understatement. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again anytime!

This campground is well kept and clean. The staff is great and helpful. It’s located near Oak Mountain Park which is wonderful for hiking and many other activities. We would definitely return.

Quick responses to messages and an easy reservation process made this a great first stop on our trip. It was so great, we booked again for our way home. The spots are nice, many are pull through, and the staff are very helpful. The game room was great for grandkids, and the shower set up is perfect...several very clean unisex, single room showers with deadbolt locks and great hot water.
