Gorgeous sites along the pond... perfect location between Burney Falls and Lassen.  Highly recommend

Most amazing staff ever! We broke down on our last day of a three-week road trip. We were able to get a pull through site and the staff was so nice. A couple of the men even helped my husband for hours trying to get our hitch taken off the king pin. Completely above and beyond. The area is also beautiful and wooded and much cooler than the valley. We were just meant to extend our vacation and stay here for the weekend.

This is a peaceful and beautiful campground.  Lots of shade and generous sites.  HOWEVER... They close the restrooms for cleaning from 8:45-9:45am, which is like the most inconvenient time ever, right in the middle of the scramble to get packed up and checked out.  Every morning I had to wake my daughter and make sure she didn't have to pee before the restrooms closed.  Who wants to have to wake someone for that on vacation?!?! Why they don't clean them at 1pm like every other KOA, I'll never know.  And add insult to injury, one morning at 8:15 the women's restroom was completely out of TP!  This was such an inconvenience, I wouldn't come back, even though in every other way this was a great campground.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the bathrooms were clean and showers were huge and hot! Wifi worked great throughout the campground. Trash was picked up regularly and never built up or smelled, amenities were maintained well even on a busy Memorial Weekend. The kids loved riding their bikes and feeding the goats. Already booked our sites for next year!

We absolutely love this place, been coming here for years. Always clean with great staff. I highly recommend.

Travel trailer camping 5 days.

Nice campground. Some buildings are older and need a little TLC. Overall wonderful stay. Very friendly and helpful KOA staff.

Beautiful campground. Lots of space between sites. Nice pond, petting zoo, grocery store and restaurant.
They offer WiFi, but it does not work at all. We have StarLink, so no worries for us.

I had a 5 night RV site booked. Their cancelation guidelines to receive your deposit back, less a $20 fee, is to cancel by calling by 4pm, 7 days before your stay. I called at 4:15pm on the 7th day before our stay. They are keeping my entire deposit over 15 minutes! FIFTEEN MINUTES! No one even answered the phone when I called, I left a detailed message AND emailed them. Needless to say, I was going to rebook our stay for next month, but will be finding another RV park to stay at. I can't stand pettiness from a business who claims to want your return. No thanks.

Just wanted to say thanks for job well done. From the moment we drove in, checked in we were greeted either smiles, friendly faces and very clean facilities. The gentleman that showed us to our site was very friendly, backed us perfectly and barely needed to level the rv. Park was very clean, neat and all campers friendly. Loved the pond, geese, ducks, cats and watching fish feeding times lol.  Restaurant was great! Breakfast, especially those cinnamon rolls!! Wow! And pies!

Keep up the good work, we’re local and this is now our favorite spot. Thanks again for the hard work and dedication the entire team has put forth.

WiFi was only issue, but let’s be real. I was escaping.

We have been coming to this campground for 15+ years.  When it was Rancheria RV Park, it was well taken care of and maintained.  Our last trip was very disappointing.  The only thing "KOA" about this place is the price.  Our campsites were overgrown with foxtails.  They have a dog park, also filled with foxtails.  The vet bill for removing a foxtail from your dog's nose can be $400 - $500. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and we had to start bringing our own. If you want to sue wi-fi, you have to walk up to the office.  They used to water our site and now it's just dry dirt and dry weeds.  They said they were short staffed, but we still paid the same price. We will not be returning and have already made reservations elsewhere for Memorial Day Weekend 2026.  We had about 10 sites reserved and the group as a whole was disappointed.  I was going to leave only one star, but thought that would be rude.

Showers & Restrooms are  brand newly renovated...BEAUTIFUL & CLEAN

This was a great place to camp. It wasn't super busy while we were there. We went on walks in the morning and it was beautiful.  We came across a deer sitting in the sun. The full hookup was great with nice views. They have recently changed over to a KOA and are working on things for the better. The bathroom and showers were updated and nice, with hot water. The two guys working there (Danny & Scott) were very nice and accommodating. They always checked on us and made sure we were comfortable.  They gave us directions, things to see and what to enjoy. Overall this place was great and I want to come back in the next year.

We love camping here.  The park has full hook ups, clean showers, heated bathrooms, and a great store. Rhonda is wonderful and the pies and cookies are amazing! We come 1-2 times a year and love riding dirt bikes, side by sides, or other toys out into the land from there or taking the little kids to the 2 tracks to ride their dirt bikes.  So much fun and so many memories. Don't forget that Burney Falls isn't too far away.  Thank you Rhonda and team!!!

Peaceful and quiet. Nice grass areas. Lots of sites around the little pond.
