Wonderful gem in the smallest town where trying to find a nice RV park with great amenities were getting to be a challenge. Our kids live very close and we needed to find somewhere to be able to be there to help out and still have our own space. We found Bushmans and the minute we drove into the property we knew we found the right spot. We had space 77 a pull through site. All sites are grass and concrete. So incredibly clean. We have a little dog and having him not come in muddy dirty was icing on the cake. They have a pool and spa - a cute walking path to a very large pond and seating area... lots of trees and somewhat quiet. Right now there is a school being build across road but that will be done and quiet again soon. We can not wait to get back and stay again. Oh and it is also a Good Sam park so there's that extra perk also.

We love staying at Bushman’s Rv Park!! We are currently extended stay guests and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!!!! The beautiful park is meticulously maintained with such care. Walking the dogs, is enjoyable and relaxing as there are beautiful scenic views throughout the park. From the lovely Crepe Myrtle trees to the peaceful pond, the views do not disappoint!! Tessa and Kevin are the BEST hands down! They are so welcoming and treat us like family! They are extremely helpful and accommodating and want to ensure their guests are well taken care of. You will not find another RV park that compares to this one nor hosts like Tessa and Kevin. Their genuine kindness towards their guests is unmatched. We feel so blessed to be guests at the park.

YOU'RE BEING RECORDED. They supposedly don't have to tell you because it's on their premises. I'm no lawyer so I can't say if this is legal or illegal, but it definitely is sneaky and unethical. A respectable business would at least tell people upfront that they're being recorded. This was for an "interview" to stay long-term. They denied me and my family and would only say it was due to "internal criteria" that they "can't disclose." Let's be adults about this; if there's something you didn't like about us then just tell me upfront and quit hiding behind business jargon. It's cowardly and, again, unethical.

I have never felt so violated and judged in my life. I’m glad we didn’t meet your “criteria” because I don’t tend to surround myself with stuck up people that look down on others simply based on “internal criteria” that cannot be disclosed. What I’m not happy about is the fact that we were recorded without our consent or being told. Our interview was apparently recorded and reviewed by management and the owners and we were deemed unworthy by their standards. Thank you for showing your true colors and thank goodness we had already decided to stay at a more welcoming park.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the management team is deeply committed to providing an outstanding stay for their guests. The kindness and diligence of the staff were evident throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, from assisting with my site selection to offering local recommendations for food and activities. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. The park itself is meticulously maintained, with clean facilities and well-kept grounds that reflect the management's dedication to quality. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their guests’ experiences. If you’re looking for a place where the management truly values their guests, Bushman’s RV Park is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Bullard or seeking a relaxing getaway.

Kevin and Tessa are fake, rude, aggressive and unprofessional. They were nice at first, then turned into the exact opposite. I emailed them to discuss having a meeting about the kids. Tessa acknowledged and was kind and professional. I replied two other times. Kevin emailed me and said, "seriously, we told you to stop emailing us." We left the park on our own choice. My wife came to visit a friend there and my son and wife got kicked out cause someone said my son was aggressively attacking another kid with a stick. My son is not violent at all. Tessa "charged" my wife in an aggressive manner as she was leaving. We are the most passive, calm, people who exist. There were 3 other families who also had issues with them. They also said, "this is not your home." These people are very unwelcoming and rude. Kevin also recorded me when I was moving a friends RV out of the park. As we were talking, he acted like he was going to get up out of the golf cart and come at me. These people are not good people. They are ticking time bombs in my opinion. My wife and I both experienced horrible anxiety and negative feelings because of our interactions with them. They claim to be all high and mighty Christians, but they act the opposite. Whatever the owner replies with, just know my story is the truth.

Oh my goodness! There are no words... what a gift we were given from the start of our experience at Bushman's. From the stunning grounds to the incredible, overwhelming helpfulness of the staff, we are SURE to return. The property was pristine and the beauty of the park was quick to be appreciated! Obvious care has gone into the management of this facility. Every view was spectacular! Tessa and Kevin not only welcomed us, like family, but they also offered great suggestions regarding our stay. We went winetasting at Kiepersol one afternoon and we returned to the restaurant for lunch the next day! I highly recommend the Edelvit (dry white wine with a yummy cherry tone)! Tessa also recommended a local coffee shop and gift shop just a couple of miles away. My husband and I both agree: Bushman's for the WIN! Thanks, Tessa and Kevin for everything! You've created a beautiful place to relax!

We stopped here on our travels and enjoyed it so much we stopped on the way home and spent an extra night to relax. Very clean and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Our RV Club (The Texas Sojourners) had our quarterly rally at Bushmans. Upon turning into the entrance of the property, the ambiance was very intriguing due to the parks neatness and cleanliness throughout. The rally consisted of four days Thursday thru Sunday and the park staff (Kevin and Tessa) made our stay very pleasurable. Their Godly personalities were exemplified through their helpfulness, smiles and personal interaction with our activities. The sites are all level and can accommodate upto 45' rigs. The restrooms and showers are aesthetically appealing and clean. I would recommend this park to anyone . Thanks again Kevin and Tessa, may God give you continuous blessings.

One of the best parks in East Texas! Beautiful place and taken very good care of with great detail. The staff goes above and beyond to make you welcome. Staff is very helpful and go out of their way for what ever you need during your stay! It was a very relaxing place. 5 star place!
