Not meant for camping & how no campfires allowed. A "Glamping" park meant for RV owners from little suburbia. Not for "campers". But you have to sign a 5 page document & one of the stipulations is that you have to not look like you live there. LOL. If thats your thing, then by all means, go ahead. But it's not meant for camping. Most of the RV spots are for people living there. They enjoy the Bermuda grass, the rules of an HOA, etc. It certainly isn't a place to go relax at. I am a person who enjoys wildlife and getting dirty, sitting by a campfire (no campfires allowed here) but you aren't even allowed to set up a simple table here because it will hurt their grass. 3 stars for cleanliness, but it def lacks when it comes to actual camping because it feels more like a hotel and if you go outside your camper to enjoy the evening, you feel judged.

Really nice park. We were only there for a night but would have stayed longer. The park grounds are kept up nicely, there are cement strips to drive/park on with grass lawns. đ lovely staff which gave us the name of a RV repairman who came promptly to assist us. We thank you for that. Did not use any amenities but am sure they are as nice as the rest of the park.

Would not recommend this site. Unfriendly staff and a rude office manager that will make up and apply rules when she decides to. Jacuzzi in the pool area does not work and they will not offer a refund in the event that you leave early. I would recommend to find somewhere else in the area.

We have stayed here a couple of times and love it! The bathrooms are outstanding! One trip, we were under a tornado warning. A nice staff member came and knocked on our door. She was getting everyone to their building to be on the safe side. All was well in the end! I love that they take care of you, like family!

Will not go back until sites are updated. Have a stripe of concrete for each tire, grass in middle. Only 2 Jack's will fit on concrete. No picnic tables and bench. People were very friendly and helpful.

A so nice place to stay however you want like daily, weekly or monthly. They offer a nice lot for hook up the Rv's and they have a few things to enjoy around. In door pool and hot tub, volleyball play area, game room with piano, exercise machine, couple tables, TV, pool đ± table, 7 full bathroom, souvenirs store, lake for fishing, small playground, dog run designed areas, Wi-Fi. We are just starting living here and I recommend already to anyone!

This is a VERY pretty park, but many spots are too cozy, with awnings nearly touching the neighbors slides. Some sites had trees far too close to the pad, we couldn't come close to getting into out site and needed reassigned. Price was reasonable, but bring your own table and expect lots of grass being drug into your unit as no mats are permitted. Well worth the stop, nice dog park area and very nice people.

Lucky to be getting 1 Star Overpriced for all the troubles The consistently isnât working or just closed with no explanation Lawn maintenance guy is nice but continues to damage campers including ours and our car. The blonde manager just says ânot my employee, call the ownerâ Very rude when trying to discuss any of the issues. Would not recommend Better off parking at the local Walmart for a night

Nice, well kept and private. Lots are a little too close and they lack pits and fire rings, but there are some areas scattered about with those. Nice little private lake for catch and release fishing. Pool is small and covered with a small heated jacuzzi next to it. Staff was very friendly . We are staying a week and would have no problems staying again. I think they need additional lighting at the visitor parking area , but all in all I rate this place a 4.

We had a really nice time here and enjoyed our stay. RV park is nicely priced well maintained and the staff is friendly. My only suggestion is better scheduled hours at the pool. It was random while we were there. Itâs an amenity we pay for that should be open regular hours for people to enjoy. ||Loved the winery just a little ways away.

Very clean, well kept park. Close to both Tyler and Jacksonville and 3 miles from Kiepersol Winery, Distillery & Restaurant. Great food and a place to check out while in the area. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. We were here in 40â Motor Home.
