Full of full timers in 5th wheels, WiFi is non existent. The lake they advertise is a pond for cattle adjacent to the park. Large growling and barking dogs are allowed to be tied out by the full timers so walking my small dog was impossible, she was terrified. They use a mulching mower so grass clippings are constantly tracked inside becoming a full time job to keep the interior clean. There was a full timer occupying the pull through space beside us without any camper at all, just a flat bed trailer with toys and junk piled up and a small refrigerator plugged in out on the site that was rained on, perhaps someone living out of their car allowed to reside there.

We stayed here in our RVIA certified tiny home and had a great stay! Tyler is a such a great town and this was a really nice location to stay in. You are close to town but still pretty quiet and private out in the country side. We only wish the weather had been a little less rainy so we could have enjoyed the fishing pond more! The sites were nice and paved and the power worked well. It was nice being able to ship packages here which not all RV parks let you do. No issues at all! Thank you!

Absolutely the best RV Park I have been to. They are super nice and accommodating. We arrived late and they made arrangements for us to get in. Huge shower room suites -- the best I have ever seen. Would recommend this park to everyone. They even have a fenced in dog area for fur babies to run around.

My brother lives at this RV Park and let me tell you, it’s NICE. It’s a gated RV community with some pretty high standards. Just south of Bullard off HWY 69 it’s easily accessible. The level of security seems high and therefore it feels safe and at home. It’s extremely clean and has a ton of amenities. Pool, Gym and a really nice little fishing lake. Whether you’re here for a weekend or long term living, you’ll really be pleased with Bushman’s. Definitely recommended.

We had our RV Rally here for our Bluebonnet Winnebago group this past weekend and it is a wonderful place. The staff and grounds were great. The meeting room had plenty of room for the 26 of us. We had a great time. We will be back. The restaurant at the winery was the best. We also enjoyed the winery and several tastings.

Loved this place. Best TV spot yet... manicured grass, level pads, great public showers, fishing pond and pet friendly. Pool was indoor and perfect for the kids. We will be back

This had to be one of the nicest RV parks around. The commons area bathrooms and showers are out of a high end apartment complex. The grounds appear to be very well maintained. I would stay here without a second guess!

Great place to stay, wish it could have been longer than an overnight stay. Will stay there again if in that area... great staff and facilities. Just pulling up you can sense the quality level of he place.

This is probably the most well maintained RV park we have been to. The restrooms/showers were amazing. They have dog walk areas and fishing and bbq pits for guests to use. the location is south of tyler but close enough that didnt mind.||||Only knock...pool/spa hours 10-6. We would have liked to use after dinner

Only stayed one night but the park seems ver well run. Indoor/outdoor pool was small but nice. Hot tub was not very hot and had very anemic jets. I was hoping for some hydrotherapy after sitting in the truck all day, but the spa was next to useless. Other than that, we had a great stay. Level sites. Good utilities, small store on site. Very clean restrooms and showers.

Loved this small and well kept park. Nicely paved and level spots. Sidewalks, nice landscaping, fishing (catch and release) swimming pool, several dog parks and cute gift shop. Very quiet and peaceful country setting. I highly recommend staying here.

Very clean campground with plenty of room for longer rv’s. Unlike most places we’ve stayed the wifi actually works! The fishing spot and pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids.

This is a really nice RV park for full time or overnight. Way bigger and nicer then any other TV park I went to. Nice concrete pads, manicured lawns, 3 dog runs, swimming pool, clean large showers, activity room, large laundry room with a lot of magazines and books.

On this RV trip, we traveled from Florida to the Pacific Northwest, Cape Flattery, over the course of 7 weeks. This campground exceeded our expectations and was the nicest Park we visited. It offered manicured lawns, cement slabs to park your RV on, clean bathrooms and friendly and accommodating staff.

We love this place! Always clean and quiet. We have not used the pool due to the somewhat limited hours, but just enjoy the beautiful sites and services at a decent price. Very secure.
