Cleanest RV park I have visited. All grass except for the two concrete runners for the tires. Also, most of the sewer hookups are uphill. But the nice folks that manage the park make up for these minor inconveniences.

Really nice place. Covered pool. Fire pits. There's a new botique with clothes and Kiepersol wine. There is an event center right next door, and the winery is 6 miles away. Full amenities and nice green lawns. Separated dog runs included. Only 50 and 20 amp so bring an adapter. Available in store if you forget.

Very disappointed. Pool and recreation room closed on Sunday which is not conveyed up front and surprising for an RV park. Despite strong language about not allowing full timers we were parked beside an old trailer with a freezer outside and stacked junk.

KE Bushman's was a wonderful experience. This was our first time here, and I'm sure not our last. Wonderful people to welcome you to a beautifully kept RV Park. Great place for families or for like us, older travelers. Love the way it is designed. Something for everyone ,no matter what the age. Pet friendly too, which is a must for us. Just a wonderful place !!! Thank You KE Bushman's, for a great stay !!!

Best RV campground in Tyler area. Actually in Bullard right off Hwy 69. Very clean, both back-in and pull-thru concrete sites. Strong wifi, mostly 50 amp power but they provide converters if you need. Have never used their showers or laundromat but look clean. Friendly staff too.

The is great place to get away with the family. The pool was in great shape, water was the perfect temperature, and the roll down door makes wind and or rain moot. The staff was first class from check in to answering any of our questions. The park is located just south of Bullard,TX and about 20 miles south of Tyler. We would definitely stay again. Give them a try and you'll see what great service and hospitality feel like.

We have stayed here 3 times and look forward to visiting again. Extremely clean and very well maintained RV park. They loaned us a 50-to-30 AMP adapter free of charge. They also keep a supply of wooden blocks for loan if you need a little extra leveling. The indoor pool and hot tub makes this extra special. The only suggestion I can offer is to ask for some towel hooks in their really beautiful bathrooms.

We have stayed at Bushman's a couple of times when we're visiting the Tyler, TX area. I have found it to be one of the cleanest and best-maintained RV parks I've ever stayed at. It is far enough outside Tyler that you feel like you're in the country (there were cows grazing just outside the RV park fence), yet it's only about a 20 minute drive into Tyler. There is a nice indoor pool which my kids enjoyed. Probably my only complaint is that they only allow one vehicle with each RV, so if you're towing a 5th wheel or have a tow vehicle, that will be all your allowed to have. Any visitors will have to park out front and walk through the park to get to your site. For a small fee (I believe $5/day) you can park an additional vehicle. To be fair, I guess part of the reason the park looks so clean is that there aren't a lot of extra vehicles around to clutter things up. I stayed in a 45' motorhome and found that the site had plenty of space and all the hookups (including 50 amp power) were excellent. Overall, I thought the service was friendly and the park is very nice, so I recommend it. I will stay there any time I'm in that area.

Thank you, Vonda, Kristy, Nicky, and Urbano for making the Getaway Gals Trailer Trash Holiday campout a weekend to remember! Thank you for your patience, courtesy, and willingness to go above and beyond for our group. Many said it was the best campout they've ever attended, and you guys deserve a LOT of the credit! Thank you so much! April, campout hostess

Nice park. We lived there a year and a half. The pool and bathrooms are not maintained as well as they should be but clean enough. The staff are friendly some of the time. The exception is the grounds keeper. This is an angry guy that does not like the residents. He accidentally ripped my awning off with the lawn tractor. (let me be clear their insurance payed to fix) it took about 2 months to settle. It was left between their insurance and me to work out. Would we be back , sure but it wouldn't be the first choice. It is very far away from everything which is nice if you want to get away from it all.

Really nice place to stay. I was in the area for a big bicycle ride and just needed a place to pitch a tent. The tent rate was state park type cheap and the grounds were super-clean. The shower/bathrooms are huge, clean and had the air conditioner cranked up.

Looks like a nice place but if you are in a motorhome it is not set up properly. First site did not have power. They brought an extension and the second site did not have power. Plus full afternoon sun on canopy side. 10am check out and the pool closes at 7. Not my kind of relaxing so we left.

Very nice facility. The grounds were kept very neat. The pool was great for the grandkids. The only issue I have, is the driveways are narrow. making it difficult to pull into the site without driving across grass. in addition the site does not have a solid pad. It has two strips of concrete for your tires to set on. The lady in the office delivered 2 by 12 for my landing gear. Otherwise they would have thinking to the grass between the concrete pad. overall it is a great place. And we will stay here again when we have the opportunity.

The sites are smallish and the permanent placement of some of the picnic tables is "odd". By the time you open your slides, no way can you sit at the table. It is very clean and having the dog runs is nice. We enjoyed the pond with the fish...that was our evening entertainment. Not bad, but a few small changes could make it great.
