WORST CAMPING EVERRR to avoid if you wanna have fun! Employees screaming and have zero sense of customer service, can’t enter with more than a car, so if you’re a group better to have a budget to pay parking outside, curfew at 11pm, music and guitar are forbidden all day long, laughing out loud too ! Lights forbidden too 😳😳 should I mention that we had to pay 1$ for every shower for each person ? And only for 8min…you also should pay for your own paddle 5$ to use it in the lake…bruhh the whole place is a monumental mistake, I wish I could put 0 star

This campsite is a bag of mixed feelings. The staff is very friendly and very well educated on camping. We were very headstrong about the lot that we wanted but it was very muddy so they offered us other lots, we stuck with our choice. Pulling in a 25 foot trailer was very difficult so we called the front desk and the sent someone to come show us the best angle for this tight lot.Our water hose was not big enough so they lent us an add on for free. The property itself is very clean however no fire pits so fires are burned in the gravel by the road which was odd. Only one garbage and recycling available and they were outside the exit. The part that we didn't love was that they really ding you for every penny. The campsite was for 2 days we had 4 adults 1 night and 3 for the other but we had to pay for all 4 for 2 nights. We had an extra car for one night but when we got to the window we had to pay for the reserved 2 nights. I would for sure go back but I would hope that at some point it becomes more about the love of camping and less about the money (2$ a day to park a car is a little petty)

Owners will likely try to charge you extra to sneeze! Very well kept, but not worth it. They have their hands out for more money every time you turn around. We paid $375 to store our boat trailer during the summer and every time we went to park the trailer in our allocated spot, there was someone else parked there. The management did absolutely NOTHING to correct this situation. We prepaid for the 2022 season. In April, when we were lucky enough to find somewhere else to stay, we informed them we would not be using our site. In spite of the fact that the season hadn’t started yet, they refused to consider leasing the site to someone else. They could have released it, given us half our money back, and still been up more than $2,500. THEY REFUSED. As a result the site sat empty the entire summer. Similarly, so did the slip we rented to park our boat. When we were packing up our trailer to leave the campground in May, we met a neighbor who had paid for a boat slip where the water was to shallow to dock his boat. We suggested he use our slip instead, given that we would not be using it. The neighbor asked the owner’s (adult) son if he could swap the boat slips. The owner’s son said that his mummy wouldn’t let them unless we signed a release allowing them to rent it and then he would have to pay for a second slip! Even though we had already paid for it and it was going to sit empty. So they were going to collect three rents on two slips. I could go on and on, but imagine you are getting the idea.

The campground where fun goes to die... While clean and well organized the rules on this campground are stifling. Also the location next to a gravel pit makes it so you hear truck engines revving and "jake brake" decelerations from 7 AM until sunset.
