Went here with my family best experience ever. Feels like a community and a home more than a camping ground. Owners are super friendly and prices are a steal!

If you are searching for a quiet place to rest with your family, this is definitely not the place to come, We spoke with the guy responsible for the camping about a group of people who were making a lot of noise through all night long and they didn’t make anything, right now I’m inside my trailer and it’s 10:50 pm and I know it’s going to be another night without sleep due these people who are here disturbing everybody with loud sound and screaming! I don’t recommend at all!

Our campsite had trash laying around everywhere. The electrical/water outlet post was moulded with water running brown even after letting the water run for a while. We have two little kids and indicated that in our booking so this was not suitable for us. We asked for a refund because the site was not ideal and to standard of what was presented online before the booking. Staff was very unhelpful after our request for a site clean-up, site switch, and did not give us a refund. 0/10 do not recommend.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but I really didn’t enjoy their customer service. Most camping will let you cancel your reservation without keeping a certain amount of your money, certain fees I understand but keeping 30% of the total cost, that’s a little extreme. Especially when we are giving lost of time for someone else to rebook the camp site. Unfortunately we had to cancel are August camping weekend because of a funeral. I reach out to the campsite info department and no sympathy whatsoever for are situation and with that they ignored my last email when I said that it was unfair and these situation are unpredictable and that the service was very poor on their behalf.

This is a very unique campground. This is not a hotel. Most of the people in this very large campground are seasonal or permanent residents. It seems like we're the only folks from the United States. Everywhere we go. There's people busy talking in French. But the campground itself is amazing as I have never seen so many amenities offered. Besides lots of restrooms and a laundry, there are pools and playgrounds and pool tables and a convenience store and a restaurant where you can buy alcohol. They also have days when there are street vendors sitting up tables to sell their wares. The people are very energized and last night we had Halloween in August. Many of the residents went way out to decorate their homes and yards. The children were provided candy. The office staff are very helpful and willing to struggle with the language differences that we share.
