This place ruined my husband and Is anniversary.. coming from 3 hours away to stay in Williams for the first time and this is how we are treated. This place is the worst motel experience my husband and I have ever been too. Right once we got there our room is right next door to another persons the door is an thin as can be, you can hear everything coming from the other room like whistling, them having a party and drinking also Sex you can hear literally EVERYTHING. The bed was also very dirty and the tv didnt work at all, the wifi would just keep loading every 2 min. The noise and the grossness of this motel made us leave at 5am. I then called the office right once they opened at 9 and explained everything to the front office staff, she was an Arabian girl that just kept fighting me, not believing me and actually hanging up on me saying to write as many bad reviews as i want because it wont do anything for them. She hung up on me called me 5 min later and said she just got off the phone with our next door neighbors about being loud and she said that the people told them they were never loud and didnt do anything! Of course they are going to lie to you so they don't have to pay extra fees or get in trouble! Once she stated that I mentioned that they are just going to take there side over us and she just kept fighting me and fighting me. The most unprofessional staff and motel I have ever experienced in my life and trust me I have stayed at LOTS!! I will be telling all my friends and family to never stay at this place and I hope also people reading this review will do the same. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEIR ARE WAY PRETTIER HOTELS AND MOTELS AROUND THE SAME AREA FOR THE SAME PRICE!!!

Such a great find! So peaceful with amazing views. We stayed in one of the cabins and were very pleased with the modern amenities mixed with the rustic mountain feel. Will absolutely stay here again!

I've been staying in the RV Park for quite a while as I am working nearby and they've taken great care of me! I've stayed in the motel before and it's also a great deal, very clean and comfy with affordable rates. When my friend's come visit, they've been staying in the cabins and telling me how they can't wait to come back for another visit soon!

For people who need a place to park rv and visit surrounding area, this place is fine. It could use a little upkeep, but its a place with all hookups and serves the purpose well. Spots will hold the largest RVs even if towing. Gravel lots on all. Its not a eye pleasing park but scenery around ot is beautiful. Just needs a little cleanup to be great. Very close to bearizona. A Great place to visit

We originally booked one of the railcar rooms and it was much smaller than we anticipated. We spoke with the staff and they got us moved right away. HIGHLY recommend the new Cozy Cabins! Perfectly appointed for 2, at the back of the property, so it feels more private, and VERY nicely done for a small, intimate space. Great spot for watching the night sky - loads of windows!

We stayed in caboose 1. It was really cool to stay in a real caboose and the kids had a blast. Shower was nice hot. Beds were very comfortable. The pool was closed. My only complaint is that the top bunk did get very warm. The vents are under the beds on the floor, so the cool air couldn’t really get up to the top. But my son said he slept well regardless.

We stayed in rail car # 2 last weekend. Very clean and neat! Love the railroad theme! Owner and staff were very nice and courteous, pool was convenient and clean. Parking was awesome! We had a last minute change due to our motel room we originally booked not being ready ( our fault came early) the owner slide us right into the railcar so cool! Can't say enough good about this place and the staff! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ experience.

This is a very old RV Park and Motel but the Cozy Cabins are new and very clean. They are just that, Cozy!! No seating other than on the bed but for one or two nights it is great. Nice little patio to sit outside and enjoy your coffee or a glass of Wine!! Very close to Williams/Route 66 dining and shopping.

We stayed in this park for a few days while visiting the Grand Canyon. The spot they gave us was a back in spot with a full hook up. The people in the office were nice and helpful. There was no picnic table and no fire ring at our site. The roads in this park are very dusty. The park was quiet and close to Williams. I would recommend putting something down on the roads to keep the dust down. Overall we had a good stay here.

We stayed in a caboose, and it was fun and charming. Very comfortable bed, effective thermostat/heating and cooling. Nifty decor! The only problems were: super thin blankets, a really bright porch light that shone through the colored panels in the bottom half of the front door, and nowhere close to enough towels for the 6 of us that stayed there (they only provided 3, despite 6 spots for sleeping). Despite having to block the light from coming through the front door with our luggage, despite the blankets not being warm enough, and despite having to dry off with a hand towel after my shower, I still greatly enjoyed it and would stay here again.

The lady in the office was very inappropriate. I asked about the back TV that does not work, it's not been plugged in. I have a picture of it and I'm asking about it working. She was basically yelling at me telling me that I was stealing the remote or something and it's inappropriate behavior. We got there late so we didn't have time to deal with it, it appeared broken. We were there earlier the next night and wanted to use it, since it was advertised but not working. She had the nerve to come back to the caboose a 2nd time to tell my husband we need to watch our kids after she yelled at me when coming the first time to say she checked it, said it was plugged in and the remote was on the bed but it was not. She mentioned it's my responsibility not hers. The shower curtain was brown on the bottom, they changed it but it's not great. I mentioned the floor was dirty and they cleaned the bathroom not the floor. There were no top sheets on the bunkbeds, they brought them after I complained. But she said she checked everything so not sure how the beds were made without sheets... The sheets on the front bed are stained. The front tv doesn't work, says wifi is connected but does stay on. They reset it and say it works fine although it's frozen and we had to use our own Hotspot both nights. She said it's not my problem you don't know how to work a tv. The maintenance guy apparently checked it all but that makes no sense with the tv unplugged and no remote in the back. This was our worst airbnb stay yet.

The location was great! However, the caboose we stayed in was pretty dirty. Dirt all over the floor and people's hair. Gross! I could feel it on my feet and it was driving myself and kids nuts. You get into bed and feel dirt in it with other people's hair. The cabooses are cool, but they need to be cleaned and remodeled. The room was also missing a remote to the TV, the heat only stays in the front room (blazing hot), the fan in our bathroom was as loud as a train horn, and the top bunk smelled like pee. Cool idea, just not clean.

Very affordable. I wish I had stayed in one of the Caboose's, but the cabin rooms were cheaper. We were just passing through for the night. Had a parking space in front of the room. Cost $75 in 2022 October and that included the fees and taxes. Can't beat that price. Plus I liked that it was outside of the city. I hate city noise. Small owned and friendly employees. Would recommend and would stay again.

Nice campground only.......no hot water in bathhouse.....the men workers were very friendly and helpful. Called made reservations for a week big mistake...it did snow and me being from Alabama did not have a latter or shovel to get the snow off my slide out or camper called the office the lady told me they didn't loan tools out because of insurance. They won't to helpful at the office. When I called to make my reservation the guy said they had one spot that was a sales pitch....got there there were plenty of places empty. I would say I did have a good site to get in and out of. While I was in the office a camper pulled in he was kinda in the middle of the check in they to him he had to go around and get in one lane then walk in the office. He didn't stay. It wasn't like the place was packed and people everywhere going in and out. So the only guy staying there had a latter I could use and the guy in the subdivision behind me let me use a shovel. I was very thankful. My sister owns a campground in Oliversprings Tennessee trust me if you needed and thing they are will to help that's why we're are here in the world is to help people. So I would not recommend this camper ground. And RULES if they had one they had a 100. So when did the hot water heater blow up ? And the 600.00 dollar waiver you sign if you don't unhook from the water faucet but it still freezes when you unhook from it? All I basically paid for was to kinda dry camp. I'm sorry but this my rating. I own a business myself and yes I have to make things right.

This has been the best motel were have stayed in. We love that it had that Williams town feel. If you're here to visit Williams, this is the place to stay. We were very surprised at how clean the rooms were, they were not fancy but they were great. The whole place was better than expected. The staff was definite the best part, they were so friendly and welcoming. This will be our place to stay next time. Having said that, if you are looking for luxury, you might want to think about something else, this place is more of the Williams feel than the Hyatt. Also, if you read the signs and follow directions you will have no trouble.
