We needed a place with extended stay to help out my father for a few weeks. Cherry Hill has ready access to get just about anywhere in Tulsa. The RV sites here are old mobile home sites. The concrete pads are nowhere near the hookups. The sites are not improved or maintained except for mowing. The pool was broken before Memorial Day, and still not fixed as of 4th of July weekend. Our original site had the electric box exposed to the elements. We called and explained that we weren't comfortable with using it, so they moved us to another site. That box was still broken when we left.

My family & I recently moved to Cherry Hill & we love it here! We're in a brand new home which we plan on buying in the future, the community is quiet, peaceful, & well kept! The couple of concerns we've had, they were minor, have been taken care of quickly! The maintenance guys are quick, efficient, & friendly! I would recommend Cherry Hill to anyone!

I couldn’t be happier with how easy and stress-free my move-in experience was. From the initial application to getting the keys, the entire process was streamlined and well-organized. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. The property was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. I appreciated how everything was ready for me on day one—utilities, access codes, and even small welcome touches. It’s clear that the management team values efficiency and takes pride in providing a smooth experience for new residents. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free start in a new place!

Updated review why don't you hire security to patrol at night like when we moved in. no thieving then. Just a simple patrol at night with a flashing light. To keep the homeless from roaming through the park and my gated yard!! I would be willing to pay a monthly fee for that. I work hard, and the homeless are stealing my stuff. Other than that, it is a good, quiet place to live.

BEWARE!! If you are offered a free trailer refuse it! We put down first months lot rent and a deposit {$1200} which is non-refundable. This trailer was lived in prior to us being offered it. (Lot #815) They would not let my husband look at it prior. After we gave the deposit we discovered that the plumbing was not to code and would cost over $7000 to bring it to code. And that was with a veteran discount. The furnace was not hooked up and neither was the water tank. Black mold every room. soft spots and holes in the floor. Roaches and bed bugs as well. They said they wanted to help us out... this is NOT helping anyone. It was and is uninhabitable. The people who lived in this one moved next door... WHAT PERSON LIVES LIKE THAT!!! Also, when we filled out paper work, I was told that they would not accept my ESA papers for my emotional support dog. The woman was very rude. We have been harassed and threatened upon leaving. If I could give them no stars we would. There is also train tracks that run directly thru the park.... DO NOT RENT OR BUY WITHOUT DEMANDING TO SEE WHAT YOU'RE GETTING!!
