I called and spoke to a sales person by the name of Daniel.....he was very nice on the phone, but once we drove over an hour to actually talk to him in person about a home he was very rude. I called and spoke to Susan who states she is the sales manager. She agreed about the rudeness and said she would help me. I sent her all the information she needed to get a quote on a particular home. A week goes by and she never calls. I finally called her back today and she tells me that she did not have time to get back with me. She was very nonchalant about not getting back with me. Its just RUDE.....
