This place is awesome! Middle of nowhere with excellent food. Every time we make a trip to Sand Mountain we always make a ride to cold Springs for Burgers. Highly recommend!!

Good spot to camp in an RV while passing through. Very basic - full hook ups but no grass patch or fire pit or picnic table. Surprisingly late quiet hours and a later checkout (noon) that I enjoyed. Great food at the restaurant with some nice cocktails and very friendly service/owners. Free Wi-Fi across the park, which was needed since I had no cell service (T-Mobile) for about 40 miles each direction.

My only complaint was that my sewer hookup was high, loose, and didn't have a standard size thread on it. But it worked.

We pulled in here to charge our EV rig and were very happy not to have to unhitch. We were able to pull through and also have lunch at the Cafe. The people are absolutely amazing, friendly and welcoming. This is a definite place to stop and recharge our take a break. You should even spend a few days...

We camped here overnight and it was very comfortable. Level sites. Not much shade though. Very quiet at night. We also had dinner here which was excellent. Such an interesting place. We chatted with the owners a bit after dinner and they were such nice folks.

I was driving from Henderson for Service work in Lund, Ely then Reno. I stopped at Cold Springs Station and got a Burger and Fries. It was great, the veggies were fresh, the bun was great and held the burger all the way to the end. The hamburger was cooked perfectly. If I wasn't working I would have had a beer.
The staff was friendly and my order came out pretty quick.
Please support this business,  I will be back the next time I'm on the Loneliest Road in America

After walking for several days , we finally made it to cold springs.

The owner was already waiting for me at the bar and treated me and my animals very well. We ate , charged up and she let me sit down for a bit before we went on.

Sadly they didn't have any rooms ( may I suggest maybe turning a patch of grass into a tent zone near that entrance we walked up?)

But regardless it was a nice refresher to be able to actually sit down and have a meal and be able to chat with someone.

Rv park was great and clean and at a super price.
Had the BBQ prime rib sandwich with all the sides, outstanding and the price was very reasonable .
I will stop here again and looking forward to it.

People are friendly like you’re family, bathrooms are very clean, mountains are stunningly beautiful. Stargazing at night was also amazing. The food at the restaurant is so delicious and all made from scratch by the owner. It’s a hidden gem and we’re so glad we found it on our way to Lake Tahoe! Also dog friendly!

Good food and atmosphere.

My son and I stopped on our way home from Austin, NV for a burger and beer.  We also watch Sunday NFL football on big screen TV's.  The food was good but the draft beer a little flat.  I ordered a bottled beer later on.

I've stopped here several times and enjoyed the food and comfort of the restaurant/bar.  Nice place!

It's a welcomed one nite stop. Lots of room. Great onsite restaurant and bar. It's October and temps were perfect at low 80s. One disappointment no fuel available. It has a city of Fallon address and it's 50 miles away from town. Be sure to fuel in the city.

Great Folks, Great Food, Great Patrons, Friendly Place.  Owner and staff are super nice, fun and friendly - along with everyone who stops in.
2021-2022 Update: Still the best food and drink, and nicest folks in the area.

Is quiet calm very relaxing. Just good home folks that enjoy life and stress is not allow ! The food is top on the charts! I would drive 300 miles to see sunsets eat great food visit relax oh nice thing you can leave stress on the highway an hide away !!!

We had only heard of Cold Springs … we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were wonderful… friendly, helpful, and so nice.
They went up and beyond to make sure all had a good time.  The hookups were great , the dry camping was great, the off trail ride was fantastic,  the trick or treating was fun, and the Zombie Lazer Tag was fun for the kids and the adults. We’ll definitely be back.

Check in was easy inside at the Bar and Grill. This was a good thing because the grill was going making great burgers for the customers in the bar area. The entire place was clean inside and out. The RV sites were simple gravel areas,  well maintained. There was not much to do and see, and little to no traffic noise. Food very good - nice staff.

The owners and staff are  great host. They have a bar and restaurant on site which was very convenient. The mountains were amazing. It was our first time at Cold Springs Station Fallon Nevada and will definitely do it again. 

Great staff.  They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable with all the trails in the area. Wonderful food.


Bathrooms were filthy when we arrived. Some of the staff were unfriendly. The restaurant/coffee shop was closed for two days in a row. The showers had uneven water pressure. We definitely will never stay here again. Our recommendation is to stay away!
