The room was filthy dirty. Now I know why it was nonrefundable. I took pictures of everything and I will file a complaint with the corporate office and the Alabama department of Health. I was afraid I would get COVID inthis room. The outside smelled of marijuana, and there was a large flower pot Full of cigarettes butts. This place should be shut down immediately. The room is so bad I didn't stay the night. We put our luggage back in the car and went to the Holiday Inn down the street. The price of this room was not worth jeopardizing our health. Yes it is that bad.

This place is absolutely terrible. Smells, there is plastic on the mattress, curtains hanging only half way. Windows dirty and so are the mirrors. Trash under the bed. It was the only hotel that excepted pets. It's not good enough for humans or pets.

Upon check-in I asked if it was a safe place to stay. Was told that the police patrol the parking lot through the night. That should’ve been my first clue. I Was a female traveling alone. The parking lot is very poorly lit. When I got to the room it looks like it hasn’t been clean for months. The carpet had broken plastic on it. The sheets look like they were never wash in the bed was very uncomfortable. There was Fecal matter on the bathroom floor behind the toilet. Needless to say I asked for my money back immediately after check in they did refund it and I went to Holiday Inn express which is a very nice hotel

Two stars for the friendly accommodating staff. But room has to be in bottom 5% of where I've ever stayed. Thin sheets, thin something masquerading as a blanket, no trash cans, disinfectant odor, internet not working at all, no breakfast -well some coffee and a granola bar, but nothing edible.

We have always stayed in a Days Inn. This was the first one that was completely ran down. Asked for a non smoking room. First thing that hit you was that ash tray smell. Room was not clean, someone’s dirty socks in a corner, looks like blood droplets on threshold to bathroom, ashes on floor next to bed, sheets looked dirty or stained from blood. I felt itchy all night so there was probably bed bugs. Just filthy!!!! It was late in check in for us to request money back or another room. Corporate office really needs to investigate this location. So if anyone knows how to contact corporate office I have pictures.

Staff was friendly and sheets were clean. "Blanket" was more like a cloth shower curtain, pillows were flat, mold and rust in the fridge, the water in the shower went back and forth from super hot to ice cold and when I went to turn the hot water off the metal knob was too hot to touch, the light didn't work and the shade was gross, there was garbage behind the bathroom door. Worst of all we arrived and the weather was TERRIBLE!! I turned the tv on to see what the weather was like and since they have satellite there was no signal. About 10 mins later the tornado sirens went off. I had to rely solely on my phone.

Couldnt find my reservation. Waisted an hour dealing with that instead of driving farther. Gave us the keys to a storage room instead of a hotel room. The floor was nasty. And the room needs updated. I had to go back up to the front in the morning over that ordeal to be told we more than likely got an additional charge. Hotels final charge was a few dollars more than online price too. Just keep driving, dont stop here.

We first were given a room where the ac did not work. Then they agreed to give us another room they said was on the back side and when we got there we saw three people arguing with three police officers and there were three cop cars parked in middle of road and the people were arguing loudly with police who were shouting back at people so we drove back to desk and ask for a refund. As we were leaving the people were being hauled off by police. My husband and I travel a lot for work but never ran in to anything like this before but it did not feel like a safe place to stay with all the commotion so I am glad we got our money back on our card and left.

On our room bugs were everywhere, dirty shower 🚿, we found 2 pounds of dirt under the bed 🤮 and 2 dead spiders. The front desk clerk was very nice though 👌 👍

We checked in to this hotel and had made reservations over the phone. Once we got to the motel and checked in they did not give us what we asked for. We had made reservations for 2 king size beds and when we arrived to our rooms we had 1 king in one room and 2 double beds in the other. Plus we requested to be side by side and that did not happen at all they put us in 2 separate parts of the motel. The room with the king bed was a handicap room which neither one of us was handicap. It had a smell that would gross you out. After using a whole bottle of Febreze we were able to stay in the room. Tried calling the lady at the front desk and was not answering the room phone or a cell phone. The only good thing about this place you will get a good night sleep and a hot shower. That is all.

We weren’t in our room 30 minutes and the Roaches started crawling out of the wood work. The room stunk so bad you could taste the air. They moved us to another room which was better but dirty. I couldn’t sleep because I was afraid there would be bugs in this room as well. The front desk staff said they couldn’t refund our money the manager had to. On another review someone said the manager said they would refund their money but it hasn’t happened yet. I will never stay at Days Inn again.

Upon check in, the air conditioner in our room didn't work properly. They allowed us to change rooms. The pool had trash in it. Pump wasn't working. People at pool had beer and 1 male was drynk. Our tv could only pick up the higher channels. Lower channels (local) couldn't be viewed

Would not recommend! Run forrest, run! The old gal running the front was super nice but the hotel is very run down, rooms are not cleaned properly, floors are gross, bedding stained, the beds dont stay on the stands so youre constantly falling, bathroom tub water just runs constantly, cob webs everywhere. Real sketchy feeling with all the people outside partying till 1am on a monday night smoking the reefer. Id rather sleep in my car before sleeping there again.

Thee people were so nice and it was clean very clean. My kids loved the pool. The only thing I'd say is if you check in at 8 you should get to stay longer then 11 people want to sleep late and get up to go to the pool

Really nice and quite area, as well as very helpful and friendly staff. The pool is open and the rooms are kept clean. Great customer service and low price rooms. Definitely recommend this place if you need a room or just want a vacation.
