Ft Beale RV Park is so welcoming! Some of the most friendly people I have gotten the pleasure to meet. Renting monthly and from day 1 my husband and I felt like we belong here. Pool is really clean & wonderful (especially in 100⁰) laundry room clean and machines work great. Front desk has mail slots and Rob & Danni and the whole gang are just great!
Ft. Beale has over night parking w/full hook ups. Love the trees in each spot. We would definitely recommend coming here if looking for a safe, quiet and clean RV park.

We originally booked Fort Beale RV Park as nothing more than a one-night stop on our way to Reno. The park itself is clean, quiet, and has everything you need for an overnight stay.

What I didn’t expect was the incredible kindness we would experience.

We arrived with a flat tire, electrical issues in our RV, and my nervous system hanging on by a thread while caring for my sick mom. Then God sent two angels named Ken and Marty park maintenance).

These men went so far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. They gave their time, shared their knowledge, checked on us repeatedly, helped troubleshoot problems, connected us with resources, and most importantly, brought a sense of calm during what felt like complete chaos.

I’ll remember Fort Beale not because it was a place to park an RV, but because it was a place where genuine human kindness showed up exactly when we needed it most.

Thank you, Ken , Rob and Marty, for reminding us that there are still extraordinary people in this world. We will never forget your generosity. ❤️

We panned a across the country from northern California to Texas and chose which parks to stay at based purely on the route, their website and how many stars the parks had on google reviews. This park was not what we expected at all. The staff was friendly and there were decent amenities. However, every space is on a downhill slope. Leveling our fifth wheel was easy enough, but those without a hydraulic system may struggle. it is very conveniently located off of I40 and close to many restaurants. The park is also kept very clean.

Stayed here as a layover to Anaheim CA. The spaces are king size. Plenty of room. Well maintained. Nice and quiet. Would stay again.

Excellent couple day stay, or even a week!  Fort Beale RV Park is impeccably clean, grounds are nicely manicured, and staff is very helpful and friendly.  All sites are huge and pull-through, so perfect for your big rig.  It maintains the  Rt 66 charm for sure, and bonus - it has a POOL!  It’s located right in the historic district of Kingman, the perfect location and base of operations to see the city!

Right off freeway. No issues getting here. We felt the cost was fantastic for the night. Clean, quiet, excellent showers that were sooo clean and taking a warm shower then relaxing was exactly what we needed after 3 weeks of traveling.
We have a 26 ft RV and towing a Harley trailer. Easy in and out. Everyone was so kind. The beautiful lady at the front desk for check in was a Doll. I would definitely recommend this location. Internet was excellent. No issues at all with hook ups. Great water pressure also.

We pulled in during evening hours for a quick overnight stop it was an easy check in and a large pull through spot for our big travel trailer.  Nice bathrooms and showers and the park felt very safe. Definitely recommend booking in advance because this place fills up fast

We stayed 1 night as a stop off & it was perfect.
Lady & Gent at reception very friendly.
Clean toilet & showers.
Made the most of the afternoon at the pool.
Petrol station & Dollar Mart around the corner.

We reserved a one-night only stay at Fort Beale RV Park in Kingman AZ as we were on the move and trying to reach our next destination in a bit of a hurry. Once we were there, we realized that it would have been a nice place to stay for at least a few nights. There were interesting things to see and do there, some great pictures we could have taken for our vacation album, but not enough time. The pool and showers were excellent and residents were very friendly.

Excellent park close to the exit off the highway.  Easy to get to, easy to find, convenient night drop system.  Loved the nice clean showers after a long day of travel!  Will definitely come back!

A convenient location just off the 40 in Kingman. Not worth the 50 a night due to the lack of cleanliness in the woman’s shower. The shower curtain was filthy with black and orange mold. One would think that replacing the shower curtain would be an easy job since there is a Walmart near by. It was disgustingly dirty.
The space was not level and my automatic levelers struggled to find level.  There is a slight slope from the top of the park down the slope.
Finally, there are a lot of full timers, or extended visitors.
But it is convenient.

Very helpful staff.  Wide spaces.   Full hookups.  Clean showers, bathroom and laundry room.  Pool was closed.

VERY VERY CLEAN AND QUIET.  PERFECT DOGGIE FENCE AREA.

This park is pristine and well run.. Very clean and organized.. They enforce the "pick up after your pet" rule.. I have a dog and I love this rule. The woman at the front desk was personal, professional and helpful.

This park is amazing. My husband came to town for a work project and has been staying there for a couple of weeks and they have been very accommodating and super friendly! He has also had coworkers stay here in the past and they all had great reviews as well!

Exit 48 off I-40. Behind Carl's Jr. Great owners, very accommodating. Big rig friendly. Small clean laundry room. We stayed in a Silver Eagle bus conversion towing a 24' cargo trailer. This was a really nice park to stay at for the night. We were actually passing through and never heard of this place and decided to stay and we are so glad we did. The staff welcomed us in a way we felt like family. The park was awesome and all for a really low rate! The view is just gorgeous and they have a plethora of attractions nearby that would entice anyone. They had some really nice amenities like Pull through spaces, swimming pool, pet friendly, 24-hour laundry service, WI-FI, propane services and 20/0/50 Amp service.
