I’m a person that has to look at reviews on a place before I decide to book their. When I looked at the reviews on this place I was kinda nervous to book because a lot of people had negative things to say about it but I had to stay a week and they where the only people that had availability for a week so I booked it. When I showed up the guy working at the front I didn’t catch his name but he was on oxygen, was amazing! Such a nice guy every time I came in to ask about something! The site was pretty good also! The only negative part which is everyone’s comment on here is the monthly people around the park, there trailers make they park trashy but those people are actually nice so you don’t need to be worried. They also have a lovely trail right next to there park which is a nice walk! So over all don’t be scared by the comments it’s a pretty good park over all, I recommend! Thank you guys again for my first Colorado experience!

Cable and WiFI. Fullhookups 30 & 50 amp Laundry, restrooms, showersGravel sites with concrete pads for picnic tables. It was raining pretty hard, and there were a lot of puddles.We didn't have reservations anywhere, and it was pouring down rain....I know...not smart! We tried a couple of other parks, but they were full. This one almost is! This is a convenient location. The sites are close together, but we are on the end, so not too bad. People were nice and escorted us to our site. We are 42 ft and in a pull through, but have to unlock. There are trees, but no view to speak of. This is more for a convenient place to be when you want to see the area. This is the Pikes Peak area.
