We have stayed at Fox Denn twice before, last time 3 years ago prior to this visit. Camp ground is fairly well maintained and site space better than average. Nice supply and gift store where you can get ice, propane, camping supplies and simple snacks and drinks. Small pond on property with good supply of panfish and bass. Clean swimming pool and kiddie pool. Full hook ups to tent camping available in numerous sites from open to wooded. Owners and staff pleasant and personable. Would give 4.5 to 5 stars... except... the bathrooms... only one bath house for the entire campground and looks like it was built in the 1950's. Shower stalls run on a quarter, yes a quarter... a shower curtain covers toilet stalls and the floor and stalls are pretty nasty.... if I could give half stars I would give 3.5 just because of the bathroom conditions but since I can't I'm giving a more generous 4 because overall the campground is good with exception of bathrooms... I had hoped there would be much needed remodeling of the bath house since I last visited but, also, no...

Love this place. Even though it was packed they made sure I could get a site. Ended up right across from the general store. Rates are great and staff is awesome. Quiet at night.

My favorite local place to camp. Very clean, quiet and open spaces for sites. Lots of things for families to do. They have swimming, fishing and play areas for the kids. They are extremely friendly and the grounds are well kept. They have onsite wood available for campfires and is very close to 30,119, I70/turnpike. Easily found and is very close to resturants, shopping centers and Greensburg/ Mount Pleasant Pa. You can be to any of the 3 in less than 10 minutes. It's less than 60 minutes away from the mountains and several parks. Its extremely family friendly. A tent site with electric and water is only 25$ a night to top it off! Most places charge more for such amenities. The bathroom is almost center to most of the campsites and campers.

Nice campground with nice camp sites—even ones large enough for our 43’ fifth wheel. Showers are a quarter. Didn’t get to use the pool as we were just stopped for the night on our way to DC, but the pool looked nice. Enjoyed our night here.

Very nice facility. General Store does not have much merchandise to choose from, but they did have a couple of things I needed. My boy's active nature did not sit well with a vocal minority of the campers, so may not be the place to bring active youth - this seems to be more of a place for the sedentary set; not a bad thing, just know it going in.

Nicely kept place, away from noise but close enough to town to make a quick supply run. I think my boys were a little too active for this laid back place, but if you want laid-back, this is a cool spot.

This is a very nice campground, peaceful and very nice with plenty of things to do. The owners are nice and helpful. My wife and I are enjoying our extended stay.

Our 2nd overnight stay in eight months. Friendly staff and nice campground. Many seasonal campers in the wooded areas. It has a pool and general store; no on site laundry but told there is one within two miles.

Great rates with very level full service pull through sites. Steve, the owner is very friendly and will address any concerns. We extended our stay several days and planned on coming back the next season for 2 weeks.

A lovely place to stay. Almost gave this place 4 stars when the shower didn't work, but it turns out it was my fault for not reading the instructions. Firewood may have also been a bit green or I'm just a bad fire builder. I want to say it was the ladder since I didn't even pick up kindling. Only 15 minutes from the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival one of the prime reasons I came back to this camp ground.

Great staff. Awesome surroundings of the country. Really cool museum inside the store!! Location was perfect for us to visit family in Pittsburgh.

Quiet campground. Friendly campers and staff. Large pond in center. Grass mowed on all hillsides looks nice. Roads maintained well. They have weekend activities but we have not been here for the weekend yet. We will return. Also it is not on the side of a highway.

We camp here often, it's quiet, family friendly and the people are very nice (owner & seasonal campers). It's best to make reservations they do get busy on weekends. They have a pool, fishing pond, game room & planned activities.

Nice place. First time here and we went in early May so not everything was open yet. Lots of level campsites and full hookup available. Close to necessities if you need anything. Owner was very friendly. We will probably be back later in the season.
