This could be a fabulous campground - but it isn't. The bathrooms are forever old - and there are no office hours. After calling to verify I could have mail sent to me there, we had problems getting it because the office is often closed and the owner acted like we were an inconvenience. Too bad - it is a beautiful place.

Wide clean sites in a park-like setting. Pull-thru sites are long and may be used as buddy sites accessed from either direction. If possible when entering, disregard the entrance median and use the lane nearest you. It's a sharp turn.

Reasonable price for full hookup. Nice space for walking your dog around the campground. Close to main highway, good stopover place as well. Good and friendly staff and owner. Highly recommended!

Very nice family campground. Level lots, affordable, definitely a family feel. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that compared to other places, their activity schedules for my klds was very lacking. It was quiet and relaxing.

The sites that were available to us were very small, just enough room for the camper (a pop-up) and a vehicle. We chose not to extend the awning on our camper because there was so little space between us and the next camper, also the "patio" consisted of a dozen or so "patio blocks" which were unstable around the edges and corners--we actually were concerned about our own safety stepping on them. The campers behind us were using our electric hookup because they couldn't get theirs to work so we had to get the owner to come straighten that problem out. The neighbors were very inconsiderate, playing their radio so loudly you would have thought the hockey game they were listening to was taking place right there in the campground. And the showers...the 25 cents they required did not bother me...but if you follow the directions on the wall on how to operate, they won't work...I tried two different showers and could not get either one to work the first day. The second attempt was almost as bad, I finally got one to work but only by accident. The toilets do not have doors, only curtains, and there is not a lot of room between you and the curtain so if you like privacy, you won't find it here. Overall, the bathhouse left MUCH to be desired. The pool is only open from 1pm-8pm, we didn't use it but thought the hours were odd. Worst campground I have ever stayed in. Will NOT go back.
