We did an RV extended stay here with our 5th wheel. It’s the best park in the whole area. You are near Garden of the Gods, you have a view of Pikes Peak, and you adjacent to Manitou Springs! You can receive mail AND packages, uber picks you up and drops you off right at your RV door, and door dash delivers right to you. The staff are kind and very responsive as well. I recommend this place 100%! There are a couple places in the area, but I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Check in was easy! Called last minute and Megan got us into the park no problem after hours with our 35’ RV. We went to visit the office the next morning to ask some questions! There were 3 young ladies Megan, Reniah, and Crystal that greeted us with a smile, listened to our needs and helped us with the utmost customer care! Recommend this beautiful not clustered RV park with great feature such as a pool and dog park for our pups! Bathrooms and laundry facilities were gorgeous and clean! Access code only so everything is well taken care of! Will definitely be returning in the future with my family! Great Job to the staff!

Coming into the area we looked at several parks and this park by far was the best bang for your buck! The amenities were great! The bathroom was clean. The laundry area was clean. And the woman at the front desk Crystal was very friendly, in fact the whole staff was we really enjoyed our time here!

We had a pleasant stay at Garden of the Gods RV Resort overall. The park was well-organized and clean. As German tourists, we had issues with the washing machines and dryers, since the digital payment option only worked with U.S. mobile numbers. The heated pool was a highlight and very enjoyable, although it could have been a bit cleaner. Some children were unsupervised in the pool, which was occasionally disruptive, but overall it was still a nice amenity. The arcade area felt quite outdated and not particularly worth spending money on as entertainment. On the positive side, there were nice playgrounds for the kids and plenty of options for disposing of trash, including dumpsters. Unfortunately, the WiFi was slow and had poor reception, even though we were located near the center of the park. We also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere—fellow travelers were open and approachable, and our child had the chance to meet and play with other kids. All in all, this was a pleasant RV park with a few minor drawbacks.

I just want to say we had an amazing time here. We are a family of 5 and reading the reviews kinda had me worried but our experience was amazing. Nice and quite, nobody bothered us. Everyone there was nice. The cabin was cozy and the kids loved it. The pool was a great addition from a long day. Perfect place to everything we wanted to see. Went to the garden of the gods, cave of the winds, the royal gorge and pikes peak. Such a great time. Stayed 4 nights here and love it. Thank you, definitely would come back.

Trying to find something positive to say about the campground....well the location is perfect. We paid a very high price by our standards, for a deluxe pull through site. Well, it was a pull through. We came in 50 minutes before check in to meet a tour we had paid for and they charged us an extra $10. Okay, fine that's their policy..but our sight was not deluxe. It was an uneven gravel site with our door facing the street..like right on the street. We've been traveling for 3.5 months and it was the most expensive stay and the worst campsite we've had. We thought it was a resort and we'd have a nice place to spend our last two nights before heading back East. No so. Now the laundry room...I think 7 washers and 5 were out of order. The bathroom in the laundry area had an overflowing trash can and it was 10 AM. When I called the office late afternoon about the wifi password not working I didn't hear back until around noon the next day. Asked about the washers out of order...she oh yeah, there's a laundry mat 1 mile down the road. Weeds through the gravel all over the park...I could go on. I owners must not live near by.

I stopped here to use the dump service. $10 at the front desk and you can use a spot to dump and fill water. Staff was very nice. Location is perfect for visiting Garden of the Gods.

Great location for getting to many great hikes and right down the road from garden of the gods. The sites and hook-ups are in great shape. The place has nice dog areas and bath facilities and arcade. Located close to downtown Manitou Springs. Recommend for all size of RV!

Cool views but a bit overpriced. It cracks me up to see these towns like Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs that are set up to basically make as much money off of tourists as possible by doubling sometimes tripling prices compared to other places in Colorado. It really makes people not want to return again.

I love a park with a pool. This was a great location for a trip up to pikes peak. The staff had some good recommendations for things to do and where to eat. I always like to find an out of the way spot and this was great.

Stayed here for a week in August and loved it! AMAZING location - less than 5 minutes to both Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Downtown Manitou Springs. Sites were good size, we had a nice large tree which provided shade. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Great playground and the arcade is a really cool touch!

We loved our stay here and extended our reservation twice. Quiet park. Clean restrooms and hot shower. James at the front desk was great!

Stayed here in early January. It was my first time to stay at an rv park, and this was a great first one. They had everything that was needed. It was quiet and clean facilities. Would stay again!

Amazing place. The cabin ( cottage 2 ) was perfect. The front desk guy was super friendly, and helpful on suggestions for food, and supplies in the area. ( Can't remember his name, but he had just moved there from Florida. The resort is located close to everything. We will definitely come back. 5 minutes to the garden of the gods park, Wildlife everywhere. The bighorn sheep were spectacular.
