Probably the best in the area. We stayed there three years ago and thought it was a well-run park. No pool. Just be prepared for the longest list of rules and no-no's you've ever seen in your life. First of all I want to compliment you on the lovely little park you have. It is clean and attractive. Although your pull thru spaces are a little tight, it was adequate for the one night we stayed. However, I do need to tell you about my very negative encounter with Harvey, the manager/owner. What started as a fun reunion this past Sunday with our daughter & her husband, who drove from Prescott just to see us, was dampened by the outright disrespect, rudeness, and classless ttreatment by Harvey, all because my kids failed to register as visitors and had their 2 dogs locked safely in their car under the shade of a tree behind my 5th wheel. I attempted to apologize that they neglected to register and he would have no part of my apology, saying its in the rules!!! I hadn't had a chance to review their rules as we had just arrived and as we finished setting up, our kids arrived. He said the dogs cannot be here because of the liability they create for him and they must leave the property right now!!!! I again apologized and said we would be leaving for dinner in about 15 minutes and his response was "No! You will leave right now!!!" Never in my 70 years have I ever been spoken to so badly or had gestapo tactics used on me over a rule infraction that was so quickly rectified. The same result could have been accomplished in a sane, professional, and polite manner with no negative feelings on my or my daughter's part. As we left for dinner my husband approached Harvey to apologize again, and was met with the same attitude. My husband said we were sorry, but we didn't know. Harvey then gave my husband a nasty, stern look and said "well, you know now!" and turned and walked away. In speaking with other campers, my interaction with Harvey is not an isolated case. This park did not provide me with a positive experience, and I feel my hard earned money will be better spent elsewhere with people who appreciate my business and treat me kindly.

Our visit was a very good experience. The Daughter of the owners was helpful with advice on how to see the Grand Canyon and get around the sights. We enjoyed Sedona and Flagstaff. The park was clean, neat and yes it has rules. We liked the peace and quite. The dog park was one of the best on our 8500 mile trip.

To the Owners, My husband and I believe you have done a wonderful job of maintaining this rv park. We stayed here for several weeks last year. We were having problems getting the cable to work in our rv due to improper wiring by the manufacture. Thank you for your time in solving this problem! As business owners ourselves, I would like to say you can't please everyone and the ones that are a pain in the butt, well you're just better off without them! PS still have the little chipmunk card you gave us...soooo cute.

Reading comments from the owner should be enough to tell you to go with the KOA down the street. From one business person to another.. Responding with snarky attitudes causes a loss in business. Wake up.

This is a nice park. It is very well appointed with lots of shade trees and a very comfortable feel to it. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use any of the amenities except the Cable and wifi. For the price charged, I think at least one of should work. The cable is digital and the signal is so weak, we were subjected to continuous pixelation. The wifi worked for about 5 minutes, then it wouldn't work at all.

Great decorative touches in this park. The sitting areas, lighting, use of rock, gravel and paving blocks.The showers. The real grass in the pet area. The multiple dog bag and dog doodie receptacles. No excuses to NOT clean up after your pets people. Frosting on the cake is the non-smoking atmosphere and whomever is the mastermind behind some of your signs. I appreciate the sarcasm. We will be back...for a longer stay next time!!

Nice place to park with clean showers and working WiFi. Spaces are close together, covered with cinders, nearly level. Prices are on the high side, which might explain why the park isn't full of long term residents.

I was there in August and am just getting around to writing this. I just really wanted to say this place is great if you like a nice quiet place with friendly neighbors. I have stayed in many rv parks over the years and I can say this is the nicest. I wish there were more like it.

Great rv park.would return in a heartbeat. Clean well kept great wifi and cable. Even the other park guests were great

Showed up, owner said we didn't have reservations. After several minutes of paper rummaging, he found them. Got to the spot, electricity didn't work. Did some experimenting and found the breakers were reversed. But just prior to that, the park busy body ran over to tell another resident that we had the same travel trailer. Same guy spent from 5 am to 6 am talking to a guy trying to pack up and leave. Guy didn't stop talking for more than 5 seconds at a time... The first night we left to go to dinner at the "recommended" steak house. Didn't get to eat there as the power was out. So we went into Flag. On the way back from dinner, owner called and very rudely informed us that our dog was barking and had been for 2 hours and he was evicting us, and hung up before we could even discuss. It was well before quiet time, and he could have called right away and we would have come right back to take care of it. But instead he was very rude. This place is not pet friendly, despite what they might say. Of course the busy body was there when we pulled up to tell us how much our dog was barking. Dog was quiet when we got there. It has all the charm of Living in an HOA. If you like people in your business all the time, and aren't looking to get away from it all, then this is your place. Long story short. The Police did not let him evict us. We spent all of an hour there when we weren't sleeping the rest of the trip. Will never go back!
