Been here several times and enjoyed it. Manager is friendly. Bathrooms could be better up kept but all in all great. Use passport America if you have it!

I'll start this by saying there was nothing "wrong" here. Positives: Sites are fairly level, fhu which are clean and in good repair, convenient location if you're traveling i5. Free wifi, tho it barely works. Many discount options. I used passport America, but still consider the price too high. Cons: PRICE. For what this place is, the price is outrageous ($70/nt), and it appears they are raising it 10%+/yr without thought. Insanely tight spaces. I guess this could be partially solved by disallowing rigs like mine (40' diesel pusher with toad), but the main problem is site width. On the other hand, the place was half empty when i was there, so if that was always true people could spread out. Some road noise from i5. Cable "was out", but i wouldn't use that anyway. Lack of any amenities at the park rounds out the list. At some point, places are going to have to stop raising rates.

Called 4 hours ahead of arrival for an overnight spot for our 39ft Skoolie. Handled it all over the phone 👍🏽 they are Skoolie friendly but it needs to be in good shape and 20yrs or newer. Nice bathrooms and showers. Nice staff. 10/10

Never anyone in the office. You hear a lot of highway noise but it’s a safe place and clean. Some permanent residents but help with outta towners questions.

We drove from Albuquerque to Walnut Creek and the last hour or so was a killer. So we decided to spend the night in Patterson. They accommodated us after hours with no problem. Super clean and well kept place. Most RVs were unoccupied, maybe parking and storing? Pretty much had the run of the place. It was quiet in the park. Could hear the freeway which was very close but we were dead tired. In the morning, we let the dogs run in the huge open field right across the street. Fast foods and Dennys just a few blocks away. It was absolutely perfect for the night.

Lovely park with easy accommodations. The on-site showers had very little water pressure, which is my favorite thing about on site showers. My rv shower has low water pressure so I am used to it but nothing beats a good pressured hot clean shower to refresh you.

What a great find! Kit Fox is just off the freeway, but also within a quick walking distance to all sorts of fastfood and sit-down restaurants. Plus good shopping. Staff were extremely helpful. I called in the morning and asked to make a reservation. He asked if I wanted a pull-through or back-in. I said back-in was fine. He said I didn't have to make a reservation (would have charged 3% with a credit card--and those pennies do add up!), but guaranteed we would have a spot. We got there at about 5:45 (office closes at 6) and he said he had a pull-through available, but recommended we drive down there to make sure we fit. We fit perfectly. The actual park is pretty bare bones, but if you just want good hook-ups before you take off the next morning and don't want to pull out the BBQ (no picnic tables that I noticed), this is the perfect spot. Great pricing.

Passport America- Nice big pull thru's/ FHU very easy access off of I-5, nice for an overnight while traveling, the hotel next door has a very good restaurant ad’l comment: This is a very basic park in an area that there just isn't much to choose from. Sites are back-in and pull thru and vary in length. We had one of the longer pull thru sites and were able to stay hooked-up with our 42' 5th wheel. Sites are gravel and fairly level but are VERY close together. Sites are just a couple of feet apart. No patio. No picnic table. No cable. Free wi-fi that is very spotty. It is located right of I-5 and there are some shops/restaurants across the street. No pool but has a laundry room, clubhouse, propane, very small dog park and small play area. Lots of fulltimers that probably work in the agricultural area here. Park was pretty clean but very dusty. They accept Passport America Sunday-Thursday so it made the price tag a little more acceptable. Is ok for a one night stay, but only because of the discount and the fact there is nothing else to choose from in the area. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

We have stayed here several times while traveling the I-5 in California. It is easy access and very clean and maintained well. There are several stores, gas stations and restaurants nearby. They have 30 & 50 amp service on their concrete pads. The concrete is a bit rough in spots but pretty close to being level. The cable was excellent and the Wifi was pretty fair, they give you coupons good for 3 days of WiFi. We will stay there again when traveling on I-5. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
